Room was very clean. Little kitchenette was good (could us a couple more oven trays ;p). Neds comfy. An older hotel but good value for money as just a place to rest your head in the end. Easy to get down to the falls (about 5-10min). Supermarket across the road. Staff were helpful and friendly. We have stayed in some "cheaper" (supposedly!) chain hotels on our trip that have been horrible. This one was clean and comfy!!! My priority is it being clean and this one definitely was. Loved the little touches too (the folding of the towels :-)). Towels for the pool in your room. Parking was free and plentiful (and easy access).

The location was perfect driving distance from the main attractions & off the beaten path areas like Fort Erie & Crystal Beach. There ,are several very good options for meals in walking distance or short driving distance. A variety of restaurants to choose from. The motel is family friendly.

The air in the room was stifling and smoky asif someone smoked the the room for a long while and they could not get the air clean before we came. I had bad sinus congestion and a headache once I was in the room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke.

Incredibly clean- I mean absolutely spotless. Gorgeous grounds with comfortable spaces to hang out. Amazing pool where it’s easy to forget you’re on Lundy’s Lane. Nice bedding- appeared to be 100% cotton sheets. Perfect value for dollar. Everything was entry level quality but that’s the price point so it was great.

Room could use a coat of paint but that’s about it. Lundy’s is sketchy of course, so know what you’re getting yourself into. I wouldn’t bring valuable items here or leave the car unlocked or let my kids stay in the room alone for long.

We had a little kitchette which worked perfect for us as we were staying 5 days. It was well supplied with what was needed to cook a simple meal (breakfast-bacon/eggs/toast). Air conditioning worked well. Enjoyed having chairs to sit outside the room (even though we are not smokers, I am sure smokers appreciated this.) I used the laundry room (washer and dryer) which was very handy. WiFi worked well. The pool was nice and was great as the weather was warm and humid. We didn't use the BBQs that were available, but they looked well maintained and clean. We met alot of people who were returning customers to the area and everyone we spoke to were happy with the rooms.

We thought it was closer to the Falls, but then it really was better being further away from that hub.

We originally booked a room with a full kitchen however when we arrived the owners apologetically informed us that the previous customers had completely trashed the room and they had not finished thoroughly cleaning it. They did have to downgrade us to a room with a kitchenette however they gave a us a refund of the difference. The rooms were small however very clean, cozy and warm. It suited our needs and my kids were comfortable. Room was turned over while we were there providing fresh towels and emptied trash cans. The water park was literally across the street and Wendy's just a short walk away. Convenient and quiet. We will definitely be coming back again.

Wish there were more options for storage and maybe a suitcase stand since there wasn't a dresser but not deal breakers. We made due and would still return in the future.

It was a quiet and clean place. Value for money was excellent and staff were so cooperative and friendly. It is a small place which woks in their favour because they maintain it very well. The comfort level and cleanliness were exceptional compared to other motels I have stayed at. They have a small BBQ area and a pool that guests can enjoy which gives you a home like feeling. I had friends staying at another motel and was able to invite them over to enjoy the BBQ area and the yard which was awesome. They even liked the place and the fact that they were welcome to enjoy even though they were not staying was awesome. Great value for money.

The locks of the doors seem old and need to be changed to new ones.

The room was a very pleasant surprise! I was expecting more of a motel feel, but the room with kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom gave me hotel feels more than anything! The room was spotless, neat, and not dated. The kitchenette was fully equipped which was lovely. The bed was quite comfortable as well, and that's a big compliment coming from someone who is particular about mattresses! Location is great, right on Lundy's Lane. Customer service was 5 stars, very pleasant, friendly, warm, and inviting. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my family and friends!

I had to think hard for any constructive feedback, and all I could think of was that the tub was missing a tub stopper. Super minor thing though, really. Everything else was great!

Freshly remodeled rooms, very quiet and efficient mini-split heat pump, well equipped kitchenette with wash sink, hot plate, coffeemaker, water boiler, toaster, refrigerator/freezer and full complement of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware. Private outdoor pool and shaded outdoor grilling/gathering area.

No breakfast, no coffee refill after first day, limited television channels. Adequate but fairly tight parking area in rear section of the motel.

The location is everything, that's if you're looking for a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The location is away from all that, but close to a wonderful breakfast 😋 and literally two minutes walk to the best pizza, salad, and wings. I must also point out that the cleanliness is tops, rooms, and exterior. The front desk was quite approachable. Check-in and out was a breeze.

I would've given this location a perfect score. However, for two mornings, consecutively, there was no hot water. Although the front desk took care of the problem, it was a bit annoying. Also, our room had no closets, not even for coats.

No breakfast. I was celebrating my anniversary and wanted a clean, quiet relaxing motel with an outdoor pool and Blue Moon meet all my expectations. Kevin and his wife were very kind and showings caring hospitality that was above and beyond my expectations which made our anniversary special. We felt very comfortable and relaxed at this hotel especially for Canada day long weekend.

We had little trouble getting use to the door lock/key but we figured it out. Most hotel have swipe cards but this was the lest of my worries.
