Everything was very clean and new and we loved having the kitchenette.

Because we were in an accessible room, the bed was very low, and slid around a lot on the floor, so sitting on the bed was difficult. We would suggest putting something on the corners of the bed to avoid this. Also, there was only one chair, so one of us always had to sit on the bed. Another chair would have been helpful. We had a small dog with us, so we were in a room beside another family with a dog. They went out at night and left the dog to bark constantly until 2:30 a.m. I called the front desk, the customer was called and returned to the room and the dog quieted down, however, we didn’t sleep much that night. Dogs should not be left alone in the rooms.

It’s off on a not close not far location, not many people. Has McDonald and Tim’s right across the street, HUGE value, has a computer and printer free to use, super cool place.had kitchen and everything you can expect in your own home and more. CRAZY place to stay at, I didn’t bring any food, was on a short one night trip. But definitely worth staying at. LOVED IT

Nothing, absolutely nothing!! Maybe if there were more things in the washroom, maybe toothbrush or slippers? Robe? But honestly, not much more you can ask for at this price range.

We first stayed at the hotel at the beginning of this year and was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness, the location, the kitchen set up, and even the little coffee machine in the lobby. Quick check in and check out. I slept great. Gives you a “at home” feeling and I love the welcome message on the TV. Good job Kendall on the clean.

In this specific room (307) there’s a buzzing noise that’s very noticeable.

Property is in excellent shape. Very clean and the room the we stayed in (King suite 3rd Flr) is complete with kitchenette and the BR soaps smells really good! It also has an amazing coffee bar (free). TV and wifi signal are also excellent. Pillows are so soft and heating/cooling are awesome and in good working condition.

We stayed for 2 days and the only thing we would’ve liked is light housekeeping or even just providing us with clean towels but I guess we could’ve asked the desk too. :p It doesn’t have any gym or swimming pool (we knew that prior to booking) so it wasn’t really a big deal for us.

We loved the cleanliness, the full kitchenette, the modern vibe, coffee bar in room and in lobby. Super friendly staff and extra touches like the surprise birthday note on arrival and the fact you can call for anything you need.

Shower water pressure could be stronger. There could’ve been a little more space in the room and more space for your luggage.

Close to everything in town. Nothing was more than 10-15min in any directions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having a full kitchen was great with a toddler. Plenty of free parking on site.

We needed to get another roll of TP, tissue box and 2 teabags after 1 night as there was barely anything there when we checked in. Staff was quick to get us our needs. I wish it did have a gym on-site that would usually be found at most hotels but not the end of the world.

The facility was reasonably new, so everything was fresh. Main thing which was great was the free laundry. Reception staff was very good.

Our bathroom flush was running sometimes. We complained about it and a person came to check it out. He didn't exactly repair it. He just told us to handle it in certain way so that it doesn't leak. We had to keep checking it every time we flushed the toilet. Repair would have been preferable.

Accessible to nearby places like Tim Horton’s ; Blueberry / raspberry picking; Walmart ; supermarket ; had free coffee for guests ; rooms have full size refrigerators & complete kitchen with plates & utensils ( clean) to use ; the whole place smells CLEAN ; Highly recommended for travellers & families with children too ; very friendly staff ; with another nearby hotel Holiday Inn behind

Good location, not far from Collingwood "centre" and easily accessible by card (free parking). The staff was super friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed, provided toiletries incl. conditioner and kitchen seemed fully equipped. would definitely stay again

not much to point to, free breakfast would have been nice

The ladies at the front desk were lovely, Shelby & Maria. The location is perfect, the room was clean. I'm sure I'll be back again.

I'm not sure if there's a gym but then again I didn't ask.
