The room is clean. The shower was awesome water was hot.

Check in was very confusing. We were told originally that we could pay separately since me and my girlfriend were splitting the cost and then we were told that we all had to put it on one card. Also, I have not yet received the $200 deposit back from, the room the room was left exactly the way it was when we walked in and we have still not yet received the $200 deposit even though they said that it has been released. There was construction on the building as they are building a new addition onto the hotel, and it was very hard to find due to the construction. There was no sign stating that they were open no signs pointing to the hotel or anything.

The staff was outstanding! Aimee (spelling may be incorrect) was so helpful, warm and patient every morning. Really went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. There was a lovely blonde lady working in the afternoons, every encounter I had with her was pleasant and friendly. The gentleman working the night shifts was welcoming and really went out of his way to make sure we had every thing we needed to make our stay perfect! The room was great, clean, spacious. Beds and pillows comfy. But the staff was really what stood out!!

We had a premium room with a little furnished kitchen. Room had a balcony which was so comfortable to sit in in the evenings. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good location with accessibility to stores, restaurants and the blue mountain. Friendly staff too. Overall a very peaceful, fun and comfortable stay. Keep up the good work.

Lovely facilities, but didn’t appreciate the fact that they double charge!

The fact that I paid in full at check in along with the extra 200 CAD deposit that they hadn’t mentioned before…. And then they still tried to take the payment the next day again, after check out. They seem happy to take a double payment for the room, and have not been helpful in the matter. WATCH OUT FOR THEM TAKING A DOUBLE PAYMENT FOR ACCOMIDATION.

To begin with I did my reservation in the last minute and I still had a good deal! Secondly- is not far from the village like 10 minutes drive, is very save property and nice environment!

In the beginning I was skeptic about this resort because is my first time out of the village! But The experience was amazing, they have hot tubs as well which I didn’t expect- is amazing After snowboarding to come in the hot tab to relax! My personal experience was more than I expected!

Very clean, great location , very well maintained I was there for my honeymoon . They upgraded us to suite which was lovely . The staff at the desk were friendly and courteous.

We wanted to extend our stay by one day but the room rate doubled in price so we didn't decide to stay There were a lot of stairs and the far elevator kept breaking

Fast check in, quick service and friendly staff. Room was clean

The elevator smelled, hot tub jets were not working. Smoke alarm went off randomly in our room while sleeping and the picture frame fell off the wall randomly while sleeping the next night lol scared us!

Beautiful location. Beds were so soft. They gave me a free upgrade to living waters residence. Spa was superb. So many places to eat nearby

The staff was great very friendly, we forgot something in our room and a staff ran out to bring it to us.

The room was a little small and a little difficult to baby proof, if I didn't have a baby with me it would have been perfect. The elevator was also really slow most of the time.

Hannah,one of the checkin agents was exceptional. She helped us with a last minute request before we got there , and everything was as expected once we arrived with no issues. We’re truly grateful for her efforts.
