Hot breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and appears recently refurbished. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Problem with homeless person sleeping on the outdoor picnic table at the side of the parking lot needs addressing if guests are to use the BBQ. There was another person sitting on the ground near the front door mooching off of free wi-fi. Thankfully they were not panhandling. These people were hardly threatening by any means, but surely a safety concern for some, especially at night.

The hotel staffs are the cherry on top of this great property. Stayed in many hotels with distinctive amenities, facilities, luxury tends to be the focus, but the staff here kind of bring to life the fact that its the staff in hotels that makes all the difference. Also, a special mention about the breakfast buffet, it lives up to the promise, great hot and cold options and make your own hot waffles are just wow!

Nothing that I didn't like. Just a suggestion, the property from outside looks barren, just to give that relaxed feel, especially in summertime some trees, flowers and landscaping may turn this into a oasis!

Clean, had everything we needed, great breakfast! It was perfect. Suggestions follow, but these things did not detract from our enjoyment.

The Hotel name with Suites in the name is confusing because they do not have suites. There was no cot available tho I saw one in the hall. The fridge in the room does not have a freezer, and the fridge made a constant buzzing sound.

Breakfast was provided, but quality was lacking. Coffee was weak. Location was absolutely excellent our our purpose. The air conditioner was very noisy, but to off set that the air conditioning was effective and we could keep the tempearature in our room comfortable.

Did not like the very noisy air conditioning. There was a rather high pitched whine froom the a/c fan that was unpleasant. We chose not to complain to staff.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet, very comfortable bed and pillows. Big bathroom for two people to move around in at the same time. Easy on/off the highway.

Breakfast service area is cramped, perhaps a rotating toaster would move things along faster as well. Not a big complaint just friendly suggestions.

I had to stop due to bad road conditions and the hotel was right off the highway. Friendly and welcoming staff, Amanda at the front desk was great! The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was just right for a winter day. Cleanliness all around amazing. English speaking staff, so refreshing these days.

The breakfast was OK. The scrambled eggs tasted diluted and I was very disappointed that the hash Browns were not available on the weekend as I really enjoyed them. I cannot eat red meat so it was nice to have something warm other than toast.

The workout room did not have a cleaning spray. I did yoga and left the mat on the floor afterwards thinking that maybe the staff cleans used equipment, but no, the next day it was still there and there was garbage on the floor beside it. Not very sanitary!

Hot breakfast. Very quiet location….no highway noise whatsoever. Spacious rooms. Very clean premises…the lobby, the room. Good variety and plenty of towels. The bed and covers were proper for a good nights sleep….lots of pillows.

Breakfast tables could be cleaned more after use by others.

Excellent breakfast lots of choice very clean and well managed area during the breakfast rush. Love the pancake machine.

The tables are tippy if you happen to put your hand on a side which she shouldn’t do to get up but us older people just do.

Breakfast was minimal but good. Staff were all amazing throughout the weekend even with some confusion from supposed to be cancelled but not. Pool was very warm

Not the hotels fault, but bus load of travellers in made the elevators and things busy
