We didn't eat breakfast at the motel. We weren't aware it was served there. We went to Tweed.

There wasn't a coffee pot in the room. Again we weren't aware breakfast was served. Also, not the motels fault, but Hwy 41 being partially closed , we had to go through Tweed or Tamworth several times to visit family and friends in Henderson, north of 41

Location and the rooms were clean, coffee at front desk was great! We were on motorcycles and we could park at the door which is important for us.

walk way by the rooms but needs seating out side, there is a small picnic table in the grass which was good but 2 chairs at each room out side would be nice

The hotel is well managed and cared for, and I will highly recommend it to anyone I know looking for accommodations in the Napanee area. I also hope to return myself in the near future.

To keep the room cool we had a choice of the either using the air conditioner or leaving the window open. Unfortunately both options meant dealing with a lot of noise. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise it was comfortable.

Yes, it's clean,the bathroom ,the linen beds ( sheets,etc) very clean, what is more important, that there are no smells ( ni moisture, ni cigarets)

The staff are so pleasant and accommodating. Stayed 1 night and he joked...oh well will see you again tomorrow. We had no plans to be in the area again...just on a sightseeing drive but lo and behold we found ourselves back in Napanee. By mistake I'd booked a king size online but really wanted 2 beds. He accommodated us which we happy about. This couple is very hardworking. I'm sure the wife has to clean all the rooms herself which is quite a feat. So if you happen to see something that isn't quite perfect, let it pass. Rooms for the most part are very clean where they need to be. The motel is slowly being renovated but definitely serves the purpose of an overnight stay. If I was ever in the area again I would just go back to stay hi and a quick chat even if I wasn't staying. PLUS the price was most reasonable.

Had the room beside the office so, a little noisy at times! Would recommend not staying in this room if possible! Bathroom door in awkward position and bulkhead above the shower could use a good scrub as had brown water stains!

It's a standard roadside motel, so I did not expect much. The room was very clean - kudos for that! The basics were there. It was easy to find and had good price. The guy at the reception desk was very nice.

The only thing - if you rent a room as a double, please, put nightstands on BOTH sides of the bed - it's a pain when one of the people sleeping doesn't have a place to put their glasses on.

No breakfast served, just coffee, tea and juice. Other motels serve a full continental breakfast for the same price. Masterson's need to improve or lower rates.

There was no breakfast since covid. there was coffee but when we arrived downstairs there was none left, plus nobody at the desk. so we went out for coffee no big deal.
