The inn is smartly, and attractively designed—nice reception area up front with two rows of rooms, a decent sized pool out back that I would use when in season, fun little cabins we checked out with a BBQ and fire output back on a well kept lawn. The online photos of the rooms are exactly what we saw walking into ours. From our room’s large window we had a great view of the western sky. We watched a thunderstorm move through, followed by a picture perfect sunset, pink glowing cloud cover above us

This Motel was much better than most 3 Star Hotels and the only renovated property we have seen on our Road Trip. The rating is definitely authentic. Personal is very hearty and fulfill every wish. The kids loved the pool. My family felt very well and we stayed for one more night. I have got also good recommendations for day trips and so experienced the beautiful thousand islands. When I ever will come to that area I will stay at this place. Thank you for everything!

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Beds and carpet are comfortable. There are plenty of outlets for all your devices. Great cable selection and the television had hdmi for your own inputs. WIFI is perfect, not a single interruption. Excellent service. Property is very well kept, quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. Parking right outside my door. Amenities close by. Restaurant across the street. 24 hour Circle K is less than a 3 minute drive away. And bonuses for me are that my children's toys couldn't go under the beds, and Tim Hortons is a 5 minute drive away. We definitely were not disappointed. Amazing price. I can't wait to book again in the summer. They have an outdoor saltwater pool that the family can't wait to swim in!

What a nice surprise on drive home from Montreal. Not only was the motel very willing to accommodate us as we had a flat tire on the way there but when we arrived, taking the last room available it was great! Newly renovated, clean, well equipped with lots of parking and a good homestyle restaurant across the street. And economical! There's a pool, bbq, and rooms that are well lit, with large fridge, microwave and lots of space. I might be a good place to stay when touring PEC.

Stayed multiple times and have always had a great stay. My kids love the park and the heated saltwater pool. Basketball net for the older kids. Parking right outside my door and lots of parking on the property. Property also has a BBQ you're able to use. Excellent WIFI. Great cable options. Staff are very welcoming. Rooms and property are very clean and well kept. More than enough outlets in the rooms and great water pressure. Will always choose the Fox Motor Inn while staying in Napanee

The room was very clean, the bed was supportive and didn't have the trough that often comes when they need replacing. They came with both hard and soft pillow and when I borrowed the extra cover from the other bed in the room, they made up the bed I slept in with that cover left in place - a very thoughtful touch. There was a coffee maker, fridge and the hvac unit wasn't noisy. In fact, although in the off season, the facility was very quiet even with a guest staying in the next room. It looked like the room had been painted and painted well. The driveway looks like it had been resealed recently. And it was a relatively inexpensive motel. It was perfect for me - clean, quiet, and reasonable. I will go back there.

Higher quality toilet paper would be nice.

From the very friendly service at reception to the farewell wave, everything was excellent at this family run motel. It is minutes from downtown Napanee and has a great little restaurant across the road for breakfast. We had bicycles with us and, as our room was on the second floor, the owner kindly offered to lock our bikes in his garage over night.

The pool was a little cool, but it was mid-September and we were pleased that it was still open.

The room was very clean and didn't have any strong cleaning smells or coverup spray. Just very clean. Room is a great size. Carpet and bedding was clean but dated. Lots of parking and friendly staff. would recommend and would happily book here again.

Sam greeted us at reception and he was welcoming. He recommended the restaurant across the road, which was very good for sandwiches and breakfast.

More access to plugins. We had to unhook a few things to use a laptop at the desk.
