I enjoyed my stay, it was amazing! The room was cleaned and stocked with supplies. The appliances were clean as well. The air in the room was fresh and the ac was booming. The setup was great as well and all staff were friendly. I loved that the booking came with breakfast included. The meal was good and different variety to choose from with juice/ tea as well. I will definitely book here again. The price was good for this facility compared to another in the area with worse quality at the same price.

Parking could be more or located closer to rooms.

Hotel is great. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was very big and everything was clean. The "kitchen" area included both a small refrigerator and microwave. There is a 24-hour small market in the entrance that sells drinks and small snacks, which was very convenient when coming back from a concert late at night. Location is great, near to the highway and only a short drive/uber to downtown.

No big complaints, just a couple "nitpicks." Walls are pretty thin, so you can hear the people in the rooms around yours. Other than that, the lighting. There were 2 lamps in the room I was unable to turn on. They were plugged in, did not have any switches on them that I could find, and the wall switches were for other lights. Again, no big complaints. Good hotel.

So clean and newly renovated! So spacious in our room! We had 2 queen beds with the ensuite including a sofa bed! Two tvs, multiple table options, fridge, microwave and closet spaces… large windows with capability for fresh air. So much floor space to roam through the room with more than a few people!

The lonnnnnnnng hallway was not the ideal way to get to our room…. The lobby entrance itself wasn’t thought through properly with the way parking is assigned in the lot. You can park anywhere and there are a few different key entrances but we found it too slippery with the icy conditions due to the extra stairs and curbs. Perhaps salting would have helped this inconvenience.

Very comfortable stay and very quiet in the room. Comfortable beds and I enjoyed the layout of the room. The front desk and cleaning staff were nice. laundry machines in good condition.

They really need to clean the vents. One night was cold and I turned the heat on. The next day my throat and nose were irritated and sore. Afterwards, I looked at the vents and saw a lot of dust...

The convenience of booking on short notice and getting a great, spacious, comfortable room was perfect. The staff was friendly and informative, the hotel was clean and parking was great. It was also in a great location so we had easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and stores. We'd choose Comfort Suites again and will highly recommend them to our family and friends.

The only thing we wish the hotel had was a pool.

Suite was excellent, bedroom separate to sitting area, separate door to bathroom from bedroom, it was spotless clean. Beds are very comfortable, a/c works well Renovated a while ago, still looks new. Ample free parking. Breakfast is included, selection was more than we expected. Staff exceptional, kind and very helpful. Walking distance to food takeout and restaurant in shopping mall.

Ironing board needs replacing

We were very happy with the room as our needs were met by the staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a good variety. I have to mention the lady staff named Lharina was such a breath of fresh air every morning with a sunshine smile and so willing to serve us. We found the mattresses and pillows a bit soft, firmer would be nice.

Well renovated rooms, spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to have breakfast included. My bed was comfortable. My room was clean and I was thankful not to experience too much noise. I did not use the pool or any other amenities, but I appreciated that parking was close to another door that was close to my room.

I don’t have any issues.

Great breakfast. Nice clean hotel

The parking lot and location were not appealing. As a woman I was intimidated by the gates and cameras. Although I know they were there for protection I also wondered why they were needed on arrival. Once we were in the hotel all was wonderful!

Renovations are nice very modern and clean. The room was big and had a nice set up (king suite) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only issue with the room was the shower if the shower sprayed at the door it would leak out as if the seal was not on correctly but not a huge issue.
