It was a new building and I could tell a lot of effort had been made to accommodate different accessibility needs. There was braille signage, a lift chair to get into the swimming pool and visual doorbells on deaf accessible rooms. We got great customer service from everyone we spoke to.

There weren't any changing rooms at the swimming pool to shower in private and get changed into dry clothes, instead we had to go up to our rooms. The washing machine didn't have clear pricing on it (although the front desk agent was able to tell me) and the machine had a leak. This was apparently reported earlier in the day but there was no signage to warn guests and my backpack got wet sitting on the floor while I waited on the machine.

The hotel is new and very clean, the hot breakfast was really good, the lobby was nicely decorated, staff were really nice and willing to assist.

No hot water pressure in the shower, could basically not take a shower. There is no fan in the bathroom, the air heater in the room is very old style and noisy, I would have expected some newer and more modern utilities in the room.

It was a great stay. Only thing was that we were told that bacon was coming out soon for breakfast, but it never did. Does not affect my rating. Still a 10. Thank you.

An amazing stay for our first visit! This hotel took so many worried away about nervousness! Every single staff member was amazing and treated us like family!!! Will definitely be back!!

The pillows were a bit off and weren’t very comfortable but everything else was perfect!

The rooms were comfortable, I got a king suite and it suited me perfectly. The Staff was friendly and the hotel was peaceful.

The A/C / Heater in the room was pretty loud and my room was a little dirty, just a couple of spots missed on surfaces.

Hotel is only about 6 months old. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. All areas were very clean. Very close to several restaurants and shopping.

The air conditioner was loud for being new. I mentioned it to them on checkout.

Great location. Nice new facility, although it seems like they are still in the midst of setting it up.

The poo water was a bit cloudy and there were clumps of hair in the pool. It was in need of a filtering and cleaning

Wonderful staff, accessible room was very big and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

Bathroom needed a couple improvements for plumbing and drainage. However, Owner was grateful for feedback, as they had just opened up a month earlier.

A few things were not cleaned well, surfaces were left with material on them and the garbage can was not emptied before our stay.

The breakfast was what I expected. There was ample food selection

The room should be made up daily. As a result of skipping a day I had to get toilet paper and Kleenex
