The property has a customer paid restaurant attached to it. Excellant service and friendliness by the waiting staff.

Property needs a better garbage disposal and recycling disposal for customers. No recycling facilities. Air conditioning units for rooms are getting dated. Room was a bit warm even with A/C units running. Garbage build up in room was distracting. Site needs larger outdoor covered garbage bins to help customers get rid of garbage they may generate. Ladies cleaning rooms need better garbage pick up equipment to get the garbage out of the rooms when doing their rounds. Existing outdoor garbage bins need to be monitored and maintained so they don't become overloaded.

Breakfast was excellent and it is good that it is right in the building. The first room we were assigned had not been made up, so we had to change rooms, but the second room was great with a patio out back.

On Check in there was only one person looking after booking people in and it was packed. She was very accommodating though and kept her cool, but you could tell she was getting a little bit overwhelmed. We were early for our booking so didn't mind waiting, but when our original room wasn't cleaned up, we had to go back to the office . My partner has dementia , so he was getting a little bit upset, but I got him settled down and the second room was excellent.

pillows too hard but had one that was suitable no fan in bathroom cleaner took the glasses from bathroom and no replacement cleaner didn't replace the empty kleenex or garbage bags we didn't understand the magnets on the door for clean/make up the room. once we got it the cleaner took ALL the magnets away so there was a day when we didn't get the room made up . . . these aren't big issues except the bathroom fan

Quick check-in. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, working fridge and microwave, ample space, hot shower and great water pressure, powerful air conditioner.

Poor room lighting - very dark / dim and little privacy if shades were drawn. Lacking in correct bedding? A bed skirt was used as a duvet / comforter? Luckily we brought our own. Highly recommend you bring bedding and pillows. Poor ventilation - no fan in bathroom and unable to open windows. No kettle. Bring your own if you want hot water or otherwise you have to go to reception/ restaurant. Overall place is largely under construction. Many rooms filled with junk, tools, old furniture - all these doors are open for guests to see the mess and it leaves a pretty bad impression.

The room was a decent sized. I was able to park my car very close to my room. This was important because I had something valuable in the back. The linens were clean and the staff was very attentive and wonderful!

I am certain there was a fly in the room when I went in - 2 in fact. I know they didn't come in with me. I don't mind so much but maybe fly swatters in the room would be helpful. Also the TV to remote speed wasn't great.

The manager was very nice and so were the staff. Several were new to canada and missed their families and girlfriends back in punjab.

The room was dated but clean. The facilities were dirty and there was a bag of chinese food in the ice machine room that is probably still there , proving that there cleaning habit are a bit suspect. You can't work effectively if you are looking at your phone every 2 minutes. I felt sad for them missing home . When leaving I thanked them and wished them good luck .

Excellent value for the money. Pool area was lovely particularly the hot tub. Nothing fancy but clean and warm although the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer ideally. Otherwise the whole pool area was clean, warm and welcoming. Room was fairly basic but spotless and had everything we needed. Excellent value for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The fridge in our room was a bit noisy and required shifting it a bit to minimize the rattle but no other complaints.

Easy access to MacGregor Point Provincial Park. We needed to get to the park early in the morning and the hotel was conveniently located across from Tim Horton's. The room was clean, tidy and well stocked, although a bit on the dated side. The price was right for a quick stay and it was nice there was a tea and coffee station by the front desk.

The interior is outdated and needs some upgrading.

Room was clean, comfortable and convenient. Liked having pool and hot tub on site and cafe restaurant but was only until 2:00. Coffee and teas in lobby as well as lemonade and cookies. Location is great, can walk to several eateries and stores. 5 mins to the beach by car. Most staff extremely friendly...especially female manager. We stayed a week so didn't ask for room to be cleaned.

Unit 24, queen room exterior. The AC unit was very old and noisy. It stopped working one day, went without for the night, repaired the next day but loud. Stopped again that night, called for a repair again the next day. Couldnt be fixed, brought us a portable one right away and gave us a free breakfast. Toilet seat was broken.

I've been here several times, and the staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean.

The motel didn't have towels available at the pool this time when we went to the hot tub. It would be nice if the pool and hot tub were open an hour longer until 11pm.
