From the moment we walked into the door, we were made to feel welcomed. The employees were amazing, especially the gentlemen who was working during breakfast time. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to take our breakfast to our room cause our mornings were extremely busy for us. If you're looking for a hotel that is great in price with an amazing variety for breakfast, this is your place.Also, we had a bit of a misunderstanding at the front desk and they listened and were very understanding. This will definitely be our go-to hotel while in the gta.

Nice, clean modern room. Breakfast was excellent also front desk lady was friendly and very very helpful upon check in when my friend’s reservation was screwed up.

A very large group was there at the same time, they were very friendly but they took over the pool and fitness area making it very hard for other guests to use. Maybe a separate room could have been offered for them to hang out in. Having small kids completely fill fitness room should be unacceptable. This group was very very large.

Even though I missed breakfast time, the worker offered apples to my kids. I enjoy a very hot cup of coffee, which it was delish!!! Thank you so much for making it possible to rest and my children had a blast. The pool and the sauna were perfect! :) we will be back.

I love everything. NO complaints at all. The location is great too. I was able to do everything and still found everything I needed, like restaurants, a little midnight ice cream at dairy queen. It was great!!!

The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness, as do its facilities. The continental breakfast is exceptional and the staff provides warm hospitality.

The no-smoking policy requires more stringent enforcement. This is not a criticism of the hotel, but rather a suggestion that occasional checks be conducted. We experienced the smell of pot during our stay on the 5th floor.

The hotel was modern, clean and well set up. Our room was large and had great amenities. The bathroom was big and the shower was great. I appreciated all the lotions, soap and shampoo. The breakfast area was well kept and big enough for several people. The guys working in the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. It was also very affordable (compared hotels closer to the airport) and it was an 11 mins drive to the airport.

The only thing we would have like to change is having a fan in the bathroom and our breakfast was actually cold. It was in heated containers, but it wasn't put in there hot.

I liked the soap that the hotel uses. I was very happy that they used Dove products. I liked the breakfast offered in the morning. They had carry bags I could take breakfast upstairs to my family. Also, I loved the checkout time, which gave us some time to sleep in and get up to get ready. Beds and pillows were comfy.

Would have liked more towels in the bathroom. Was told I was charged $20 deposit and would get this back, but I was still charged for no reason.

Some of The receptionist were not friendly. But the waiter in the breakfast room was eagerly welcoming every guest and ready to serve them that was amazing

Staff were so welcoming and friendly, the location was great with lots of places to eat within walking distance. I am always nervous to travel to the city with my big truck but this hotel was right off the highway, easy to find and very accessible parking. Free breakfast, gym and pool were a plus. Would stay here again and again!

Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, staff was amazing and helpful. We forgot to buy milk for our toddler before bed and the staff got us a small carton from the breakfast buffet.

The pool water was green and murky. Our kids were set on swimming but we questioned the safety of the pool water.
