The designer for this hotel did an incredible job. You walk in and feel like you're walking into a very sophisticated hotel. The staff were wonderful from the front desk, but most especially the cleaning staff. Our room was beautiful, and we weren't expecting a jacuzzi, so that was a great surprise! :) We had a 2 bedroom suite, and the layout of it was attractive but also logical.

Overall, our stay was wonderful, however, there are a few things I think need improvements. At first glance, the hotel appears beautiful, but it's the small details that need some attention. In our room we noticed a smoke alarm that wasn't properly attached, a light fixture that was hanging from the thread and when my husband tried to adjust the heater, the whole heater casing fell onto his foot. Clearly, it was not attached properly. Our only other complaint was that the restaurant was horrible! We had very basic breakfast, and it seemed like it was just reheated food. The booth we sat in also had most of the upholstery torn off and did not leave a good impression.

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly, great breakfast. Easy access to Ambassador Bridge.

Good location. All staff were very friendly. Generally clean and tidy.

Room was not ready when promised at check in. Bathroom sink did not drain well. A small microwave in the room would have been nice. Parking lot could be better lit at night.

We went to go to the pool at 10 and the guy closing up stared at us hoping we would leave and when he didn't he started slaming doors

Great location. Spacious room. Reasonable rates. Fast Wifi.Microwave was available in the room. And the best part, the pool. My family had a wonderful time.

Pillows were completely beaten up, need to be replaced Some water leaked from the empty fridge. Had trouble turning on the whirlpool tub next to the pool.

i appreciate when there is a water cooler or a bottle of water offered with your stay. Normally a coffee machine near the entrance for early risers before the restaurant opens, since RobertQ is there very early.

I was in need of a hot tub soak, (that’s why I booked that place) as well as the AC/heater wasn’t working in the room!

the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, it was close to lots of food locations even a few grocery stores.

nothing was wrong, we all enjoyed our stay and my son would love to go back.

The room was great. The bed was comfortable and the living area was perfect.

Disappointed that we had to pay a parking fee!
