Staff were all very friendly and ready to help, in particular the desk reception staff. About the room bed super comfy and great space for both relax and work. Location is good if you have meetings with companies in the area of Baie D'Urfe.

A bit background noise in the room probably coming from either the ac outside or something else, I'm a bit sensitive on this to be honest but manage to cope with it with hear plugs :) Price a bit expensive per night but on the other side there's quality.

Breakfast was not included, but there were smoothies and coffees available to purchase which were very nice. Staff are courteous and professional. Pool facility is fine. Proximity to Trans Canada Highway useful depending on your reason for staying.

I was initially given a Highway-facing room but had to change after one night because the noise from the trucks all through the night was very disturbing for sleep. The staff had no problem moving us to a room across the hall facing the countryside the next night so all good in the end. I suggest requesting a non-highway facing side when booking! And the hotel could consider triple-glazing the windows on that side...

I hadn't stayed at a Marriott facility in a very long time and had sort of forgotten what I used to like about this chain. These positive points are still intact and now that I have rediscovered Marriott, I'll likely stay at this Hotel again when passing through the Montreal area. The room on the top floor was very roomy, the bed was comfortable, large windows facing the south (away from the Hwy 40 traffic noise)....overall, nothing to complain about. If you're concerned about the security of the parking lot, no worries, as the hotel does offer steering-wheel locks against a C$40 deposit.....and, if you'd like to keep this loss-prevention gadget the next morning....that's okay, the hotel will simply retain the deposit (but add the mandatory sales tax to your bill)....meaning, you just bought the lock for future use at other places.

Whatever I may not have liked is out of the hotel's control and thus no need to mention.

The staff was so friendly and helpful as I was traveling with my elderly parents. They were accommodating and understanding. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. We had the best experience and would definitely stay there again.

there isn't anything I could complain about

The location was very convenient to our friend in Pointe Claire and the funeral home that her husband was in. It was also very convenient to Chenoys for dinner. The room was well appointed and very comfortable.

They should have let us know at check in that the room would not be serviced until day 3. There was only 1 packet of regular coffee when we checked in and we had left the towels on the floor not knowing that were not coming in to check the room. More info would have been appreciated.

The location was very handy for us. Easy to get to from the airport in a rented vehicle and easy to get back in to Montreal to meet up with family there.

The room was a bit pricey, but I understand it was Formula One weekend in Montreal and all the hotels had increased the price of their rooms.

I really think it's overpriced for what it is and where it's located (not airport or downtown Montreal)

Very convenient if you want to stay close to the McGill McDonald Campus! (7 min). Because of the outside parking (and the big issue in Montreal area with the cars stolen) you can borrow a steering wheel lock at the reception desk!

for me the location is good to visit my family and near the highway, facilities are also pretty nice

I think it's overpriced for what it is and the services available

The check in was painless, the check in girl was cute and very nice. Explained all amenties and hotel rules.

There was a stain on a chair that came out with a bit of water and the headboard was very dusty. But other than that, everything was great in room.
