Extremely clean and fresh room. The location is an advantage, as the Montmorency falls and Orleans Island bridge are just 5 minutes away. The road to the Centre took ~17 minutes. No problems with parking, and a combination of a quiet picturesque river view with a morning cup of coffee make your stay even more pleasant. Coffee and tea are available 24/7.

The breakfast is too basic. no fruits, no vegs, the pastry is a disgrace for the culture that gave a croissant to the world. take waffles with yogurt or skip it.

For a very reasonable price, we had a very clean, comfortable, quiet room (not smelly), updated, dark and quiet at night, very conveniently located to Ville de Quebec. The breakfast was modest, but far better than budget hotel breakfasts in the US. I loved the gazebo overlooking the river. Beautiful!

Everything really was good. Room for improvement might be front desk communication. Much of that is my limits in speaking French, of course, and the staff’s English was better than my French. But that would be an opportunity.

Location was fantastic. It was neither far nor too close to the Quebec downtown. Loved the close proximity to montmorency water falls.

Breakfast support was not adequate. There was no initiative to refill the eggs plate. We waited for almost 30 mins before we got frustrated and left the room on two days. However, on the final day of our trip, the new lady replaced the guy with long hair. She was quick and refilled the eggs tray regularly.

Nice location, close enough to drive into the city. Though the room was quite basic, it was clean and had sufficient amenities for our needs. The included breakfast was also very good and the staff were all super friendly.

There was a bit of noise bleed between walls, as you could hear people in the hall and nearby rooms and also our window looked out toward the parking lot and street so it could be loud with cars at times. Also, our room was a single queen bed room with just the basic amenities, which we were totally happy with as that's all we planned to book in the first place. However, it did end up feeling a little overpriced once we arrived and saw how simple the room was for what we paid, and we just wished it was a little cheaper because of that.

Everything was good. Comfortable room, cleanliness, good staff, location.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom takes longer for vapor to dissipate. Breakfast was good but things were not restocked after empty, we had to keep telling the staff to fill up. Room housekeeping doesn’t happen everyday for your stay (wherever I have stayed they do housekeeping everyday during my stay).

Everything was amazing, we loved the place! We had to travel last minute to QC City and decided to book a night at this hotel. It was clean, bed was super comfortable, great breakfast and I’d like to highlight a receptionist(I guess the father of the owner as we learnt later on) who was so kind and accommodating. I’d definitely stay again here when in QC City!

There were plenty of choices at breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Despite being on a very busy road the room was quiet with a very nice view of the river.

The only coffee available at breakfast was Folgers, and it tasted vile. It would also be nice to have some ketchup for the sausages at breakfast.

It is right next to the highway and easy to find. Staffs were friendly. Nice, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Clean and spacious washroom. Breakfast is served between 7-10 am. It was good, typical. Overall satisfied.

We were happy with the stay. No complaints. Happy with the service and the price we paid.

The bed was so comfy! I drifted away after reading just a couple of paragraphs of my book. And then poof...it was morning, I slept so soundly. It's very convenient to Montmorency falls. Very friendly staff.
