The hotel and the room were really lovely, clean and comfortable and it was wonderful that the staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. And we were not expecting the huge breakfast options!

For some reason, we thought the hotel was closer to the Lévis ferry but we were given insructions by the friendly staff to find our way there and was also offered the opportunity to have the staff book us a taxi but we decided to park in the Lèvis public parking lot which worked out just fine.

Continental breakfast had a good variety of foods to substantiate. Young woman working in breakfast room was very helpful and kind. She explained all that was available and how to make waffles and even helped me to make it. Also at night I did not know how to function heating unit and after making a call to reception a nice young man quickly arrived to show me. Room was clean, bathroom, bed sheets and pillows also. Glad the pillows were made out of synthetic material and not feathers because am allergic to feathers. Was accomodated to check-in earlier which was very appreciated. A table with coffee and tea in entrance lobby is a nice touch.

The room I had, 258, did not have an area to hang my coat. I had to place coat, scarf, hat on the chair. Thermostat in room was only to regulate heat in washroom. There was no indication on heat/air-conditioning unit as to how to make it function. Touch buttons are hidden under a upper lid therefore not visible. Since I have many allergies I use a lot of tissue paper (kleenex) to blow my nose. The tissue paper was rather ruff. I did not see any shower cap and wished to take shower without wetting my hair. So could not take shower. Carpeting in room could be updated but was clean, or wood flooring instead. Matress possibly a little old.

The room was adequate size for my family. The beds were comfortable. The area in which our room was situated was quiet. The breakfast offered a wide variety of selections and the breakfast room was very clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and communicated competently in English. We especially appreciated the little, unexpected perks, such as the TV information sheet handed out at the front desk upon arrival, which highlighted the available TV channels.

one night stay. Very clean including the busy breakfast area in the morning. Great job. Good breakfast. Large room. Comfi beds. Fantastic staff and management. Very convenient location next to the highway. Restaurants next to the hotel (McDo & Normanda). Easy access to the ferry to cross over to the old city of Quebec. Car & 2 passengers less than 15 Canadian dollars. 10 minutes mini cruise on the river :). Fantastic view over Quebec when crossing the river.

the air conditioning system was rather old and noisy.

the staff was very pleasant. The rooms were big and comfortable. We were three guests in the room but it didn't feel small or cramped. The breakfast was great as well for the price that we paid. We weren't expecting a huge spread but what was served was more than enough. The bed was comfortable and the pull out was good. We asked if we could take our cycles to the room and the staff were willing to accommodate our request.

I didn't see an elevator here so it was a challenge taking our bikes up and down the stairs. People with mobility limitations may have issues. It could be that I didn't see the elevator so we took the stairs each time. I would advise people to check before booking OR to book rooms at the ground level.

Breakfast and breakfast room was a bit better than the first time we stayed here many years ago. The staff was also better -- more polite and more helpful, so it's an improvement. The beds were also comfortable, and the location was good, not too far to walk to the falls.

The plugs in the room were not sufficient. There's none under the table, so it was hard to do any work with the computer.

Room was very clean and accessible from the outside. The bed was comfortable. The room was laid out well for navigating with a walker. The breakfast was good. Access was right on the edge of highway 20.

Facilities are starting to become dated inside and out. There was not wheelchair access to the sidewalk or hallways at the rear of the building.

It was good. Clean, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi. The breakfast is wonderful, the staff is friendly. The convenient location of the hotel.

Outside the window there was a parking lot of trucks from some company. They were in working order and made a lot of noise. They didn't let me sleep. The air conditioner was also very noisy. The water wasn't hot enough. Sorry but it's true.

We were impressed with the hot and cold breakfast. As well as the cleanliness and comfortable bed. We stayed there on October 13th and October 24th when we were driving to and from Ontario. We would definitely stay there again. Great value for your money.

The Comfort Inn at Levis was ideal for our stop overnight en route to NB and Nova Scotia. Many thanks to Samuel in Reception who was friendly and helpful. His Restaurant reco opposite was ideal too. Our room and ensuite were very clean, with a comfy bed/pillows. Great breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you.
