The service was great and the housekeeping impeccable! I never thought they would redo the room with new sheets and all. They ever places our plushies in a cute manner! Honestly. 10000/10 for the housekeeping!

The only thing I would say as a negative was that the lobby's air freshener was a bit intense but that was really the only thing. other than that, everything was impeccable.

This is one of the few hotels that have a plug in / charging port and shelf on both sides of the bed. Can’t emphasize enough how convenient it is. Bathroom is very spacious too. Staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed there at the beginning of our vacation and the hotel was ery nice ,one person at check in was very nice but when I asked a female employee to help with ordering food from somewhere due to me not speaking or reading French,she refused to help. . 10 days later we were heading home and I just couldn't handle anymore traffic,and driving in general ,I recognized the hotel from the highway and decided to go with hopes of a vacancy. They were so nice this time were were treated very good and the check in staff were extremely helpful, all but the female from the last stay. She stayed away from me.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating in arranging transportation to the ferry to get to old town. Loved being able to walk to several good restaurants

Hotel room was clean, roomy and beds were comfortable.

The exterior of the building looks a bit in disrepair on one side and I was nervous about the hotel at first. The elevators were hard to get.

We went for breakfast which would have been over $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids, all they had was cold breakfast; we opted out. Disappointing

was nice and friendly. I liked the gym and the fact that they knew my name as soon as I came in. I still don’t know how she knew! lol was great!

that there are no restaurants inside the hotel. I was stuck there for a day because of a snowstorm and I would have loved going downstairs to dine.

Rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and the staff are always helpful. Not far from the highway, and a short drive to the ferry for those planning to visit Quebec City.

Please re-open the restaurant! Fortunately, there are some eating options within walking distance.
