Modern and clean with an affordable price.

The bed mattress sweaked, and the night light in the bathroom was not working. The ceiling light in the shower room / toilet room stopped working. This was reported to staff at checkout, and they took notice. Oatmeal and eggs were not sufficiently heated at breakfast. A $20 security deposit was not explained such that the credit card transaction was larger by 20 dollars but later removed, which prompted me to call booking.com, which was not responsible for payment. At checkin, the staff should inform guests about the payment process to avoid confusion. Overall, it was a good stay but some room for improvement.

The size and cleaniness of the room was excellent but the rate per night was really high

I felt the rate for one night was really expensive and then was also added additional money for our dog that did absolutely nothing to the room. We stayed at another hotel on the way to Moncton the week before and they were extremely great by proving a pillow and blanket for the dog, dog bowls with doggy biscuits, poop bags etc and did not charge me an extra rate for the dog.

I was driving from the GTA to Fredericton, NB and from the reviews looked like a great place to stay. I was traveling solo and had my small dog with me. The property seems relatively new and has a lot of grassy areas near by which was great for taking the dog out for walks after a long drive. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive! I also felt very safe at the hotel and surrounding area as a solo female traveller. It was perfect for my purpose of sleeping and then leaving early the next day. I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast but it smelled delicious!

Breakfast was excellent. Served fresh. Staff were happy to help. Cleaned a table for us. Great selection and variety for breakfast. Check in staff were efficient and well informed. The room was big, comfy, clean. Nice strong flow in the shower.. good coffee. Great location near stores, gas, pharmacy, restaurants etc.

Hampton Inns are a sure bet for a nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful and we appreciate that they speak English for those of us who are language challenged! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds we’re comfortable as well. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Breakfast is always filled with lots of choices and there is a little variety from day to day. We originally only planned to stay one night, but ended up booking another night after a full day visiting Quebec City.

No microwave in our room. A hot tub would be nice as well.😁

We were on the road heading out to eastern Canada and decided to stop for a night in Quebec City and do some discovery. We wanted something just off the highway to make getting going in the morning quicker. The hotel was newer, clean and in excellent condition.

The traffic around the hotel was heavy when we arrived, and multiple construction areas around the hotel did not help. Also, the parking for the hotel is shared with other businesses and was a little tight when we arrived, but in the evening, it was open with enough spots.

Very welcoming front desk staff in both French and English. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

We found the layout of the room on the 6th floor overlooking the balconies of the apartment across the street, a very odd layout with the desk at the end of the bed and the couch on the far side of the room, far from the television.

Enjoyed the proximity to the highway and local stores nearby. Great to have restaurants on site though we did not try them this time. Great hot breakfast in the morning and was not too hectic.

Very squeaky bathroom door. Also significant cool air coming under the entrance door which was uncomfortable as the sofa was right next to the door. Wish there was a soaker tub! Pool appeared super cloudy with strong chlorine scent so we did not use it.

I enjoyed the clean and calm environment. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the team who were working were so nice and friendly! The room was spacious and peaceful.

It would have been nice to have some extra towels in the room and more supply of Kleenex as the box in our room was empty.

Easy access to the highway into Quebec City. Also close to Costco which we actually needed to go to for a few items and to get gas. The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast had a good variety and lots of room for sitting. Room was very comfortable and had all that we needed. We actually extended our stay by a day and reserved a second night here.

A hot tub would be lovely!!
