It was a fabulous stay. The hotel was fully booked. We attended the sold-out Jelly Roll concert at the Sasktel Center. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything ran very smoothly, you can tell they are a very busy hotel. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfy. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff running the breakfast were busy keeping everything clean and stocked. The coffee available in the evening was a nice touch and they have decaf for us who can't have regular coffee which is a huge bonus. 😀 we really liked that we had different options close to our rooms for suppers, and shopping. Also public transit picked up and dropped off just a few blocks away for the concert. So the location for our rooms was perfect. Not positive if this is for all concerts and the same location but something to look into as you get dropped off and picked up at the front doors of the Sasktel Center. We will most definitely be back to stay, whether it's for a concert or just a weekend getaway.

Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was excellent, in fact I was pleasantly surprised by how "sound proof" the room was. I am a very light sleeper and normally noise from outside the room keeps me awake, but I heard nothing, it was almost eerie but in a good way. Breakfast was good, I've had better at hotels but I've also had FAR worse so, they get a solid silver star. Hotel staff were on point, even calling shortly after getting settled in to make sure everything was good, I don't think I've ever had that done at any stay.

My only complaint was that the ice maker on my floor was broken but the machine on the first floor was working so it was only a mild inconvenience.

Check-in and check-out were very easily handled. Our room for the price we paid was amazing. I think it is great the hotel makes sure there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash I however wasn't aware and brought my own, which is ok a couple of times. I did use the hotel ones. A huge thing but always is every hotel I attend is the towels this is a message that I hope gets sent to every hotel, bigger towels are needed the average size person does stay at hotels yes, but the slightly bigger if not even slightly bigger person stays at hotel too. I understand you can't or maybe even can but won't make bigger I wish the hotel businesses would us slightly bigger people would like to feel comfortable too instead of feeling like we don't fit or even belong for that matter. The pool was amazing, I'm basically a fish when it comes to the water there was alot of horsing around when we were in there though alot of kids not following the rules as well as parents not doing anything. I understand it is not hotels responsibility to control the kids I just wish I had told the hotel staff when we were done in the pool so something could have been done about it.

The breakfast every morning was just ok by second morning though it was alot of ran out of food, I get it big hotel lots of guests but we were downstairs about an hour and a half after breakfast had started. As well the kitchen staff one of the them wasn't the kindest we weren't aware of the policy because we weren't told it when we checked in of make sure you are wearing shoes to breakfast I get it no shoes no shirt no service but for some guests we aren't aware. I had come down in socks, so I wasn't necessarily bare feet. If I didn't bring my sandals for the pool, I wouldn't have been able to have breakfast at all.

I loved the composition of the breakfast. It was very neat and delicious. The room was very clean and cozy. Nothing to complain about the room :) And the location was perfect to approach to downtown to eat or buy stuff by either walk or drive.

The wifi was not so fast and disconnected by itself more than a couple of times. I liked the gym room, but it would be better if there was a machine(such as Smith Machine) instead of one treadmill. (There were two treadmills, but one is enough for hotel in my opinion) And when I was in the indoor swimming pool, there were 6~7 people in the hot tup though the sign on the wall says "maximum 4 people allow in the tub", and the family(especially young guys) were playing with a rubber (water filled) ball pretty dangerously, I almost got hit by that but nobody apologized or stopped them.. There was no staff.

One thing they left food for me to pick up earlier than breakfast times as I had to get medical tests done and couldn't eat in the morning. They were very accommodating and friendly and kept in touch with us as we checked in later as we were traveling from afar.

We weren't there long enough to comment on this really.

Shuttle to the airport. Long term parking available. Excellent, friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Room by the pool with noisy kids until the pool closed. Also, it was a wheelchair accessible room. My poor husband at over 6 feet tall had an uncomfortable time in the shower.

They had everything we needed. Great room, fast and friendly service. Good breakfast options. Very clean. Nice, simple pool and hot tub to enjoy the stay even more.

Excited to sleep in a big king size bed. Mattress was a bit curved.. needs replacing so next person doesn't wake up feeling tired and achy.

Clean, bed was comfortable, exceptional staff, great parking, long term parking. We checked in at 2 am because our flight was delayed. They were ready for us.

Could smell breakfast being cooked from in our room, sticky floor on tiled parts of floor.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

I had my grandbaby with me and we were put in a room by the stairwell. Unfortunately, people were coming a going throughout the night which woke us up a few times, so we ended up with a crabby baby and tired adults.

Not being familiar with Saskatoon, It was very easy to get to and had a lot of amenities. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed for a concert, and really appreciated the complimentary breakfast that runs until 10:30am.

The hotel itself was great, however the neighbourhood surrounding didn’t seem to be the best.
