The Holiday Inn Saskatoon Downtown is a well-maintained and conveniently located hotel that delivers on comfort and service. The rooms were clean, modern, and quiet—perfect for both rest and productivity. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the amenities, including the pool and fitness centre, added great value to the overall stay. Being right downtown made it easy to access restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and met all expectations.

The hotel’s downtown location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and TCU Place which made exploring the city very convenient.

I was disappointed to find that breakfast and parking were not included in the stay and came with additional charges. For the price of the room, I expected at least one of those amenities to be complimentary. A great spot overall, but be prepared for extra fees.

Breakfast was good for what it is, but a little on the expensive side. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Absolutely love the locked indoor parking, it was -30 during our stay, but given the location, it's nice to have that bit of added security for the car.

The restaurant has really good food but it is a little pricey for what you get.

Very clean, friendly staff, indoor parking. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

For the price, it would be nice to have a bit of a breakfast included. Maybe some bottles of water. Also, the parking levels really need to be labelled.

I love the location. It is conveniently placed for all the things we had to do in the city. Staff is always friendly, we have choices about if we want rooms cleaned or not. Check out is super fast.

Only minor inconvenience was not the hotels fault. But I wish on the booking ap you could specify which guests are in which room when booking mutiple rooms. They has split our older two kids (17 and 14, staying in a double queen room to them selves) from us by floors before we got there. Luckily the hotel staff called and we were able to change this so we were at least on the same floor relatively close together.

Booked with booking.com and breakfast was supposed to be included, And were denied on site through booking. Had to pay and found it good But extremely expensive for what was available at buffer, warm or cold.

I liked the area it was in, the clean comfortable rooms, the nice staff, great vibes.

I called front desk for a late checkout and they said that would be fine, then I got another call from another lady saying that I wasn’t allowed to do that but I’ve done it before at other hotels and it was completely fine. So if I wasn’t allowed to do so here the First Lady I called shouldn’t of told me I was able to do so but other then that it was great.

Clean, lounge staff was friendly fast and courteous. Front staff friendly

Gave my reservation/room to someone else with the same last name and was very tough to sort out. Breakfast was organized confusion, staff spread thin and confusing about what was or wasn’t included

The room was very clean and fresh. The staff were attentive in meeting our requests and very prompt to items needing attention. The full menu breakfast included with this package was very impressive.

The view from our room was hampered by the mechanical heating ducts that were part of the hotel. Would recommend requesting an upper floor.

Everything except one. I really love everything esp Bonita, she is the front desk agent that assists us. She is very friendly and accomodating plus all sweet smilr at all times. She is also very knowledgeable and explain to me each and everything i need to know about parking, pools etc.. job well done!

The washroom, we need more private as I am with young adults.
