The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and it was exciting to see their new remodeling being done. The pools were fun for the kids and the hot tubs were perfectly hot . I would love to try out one of the theme rooms for our next stay. Overall it was a good stay

The people that were there partying beside us kept trying to come in through the attached door to our rooms, and kept banging on it. Most of the part was fine for us other than then keeping us up the first night but the hotel was awesome otherwise.

The place was really great... my kids had a great time... the room was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The best thing about this place is that the waterpark was open till 10 pm. Although it is not continues, pools starts to operate as early as 8 am. The hotel was close to airport and have a big parking space. Entrance to the Hotel varies... so u can park anywhere and enter in a door which closer to your room. There's also various eating places in the area, which is a plus...

Not that important but if they have a vault in the room it would be an added factor... but not relevant..

Very friendly, courteous staff. Large, comfortable rooms. Great value for money, easy to find location. The frosty jug of iced tea and cookies upon entering was a great touch. Two separate pool area (one with pool, hot tub and waterslides, the other with pool, hot tub and splash pad) was fantastic despite splash pad pool closed. Restaurant and lounge looked inviting, but we didn't have time to use. Comfy beds and lovely pillows, everyone had a wonderful sleep.

The elevator we needed to access room 308 felt and sounded like something in an old mine shaft, slow and unsettling ride. It's quite the trek to reach pool areas and front desk from room 308, not the hotel's fault, but for anyone with mobility issues, be aware the hotel layout is vast and choose your room wisely. The tub felt extra slippery (not due to uncleanliness and seemingly on an angle), again for those lacking stability, could be kind of hazardous.

The location is good. The pool with slides are good.

I had two rooms, one for us and one for my parents. There were issues in the bathroom. The basin was clogged and water was moving smoothly. Also there was not enough pillows provided. The window glasses were also not cleaned. My parent's room was not having the working coffee machine. Also there were stains on the chair. The hotel is not at per expected compared to its cost.

Staff were exceptional. Lounge had a special on wings for Sept; they were THE BEST! Rooms clean, were quiet except for some hallway noise, but the biggest issue was being next to the road. Pet friendly rooms, 15/pet/day, relatively quiet.

1104 is close to the exit but on the highway side, and traffic is constant. It became white noise but could be negative for a light sleeper, especially when emergency vehicles pass. Grassy (?) area for pets is across the parking lot along a side street.

The staff were so friendly! We had such a great stay. It was a last minute booking, due to a horrible customer service experience at another hotel. We got a pool side room! (See photo). We were pleasantly surprised about the water park. My family and I had so much fun. We ordered food late and they made it for us last minute. It was delicious! Under construction but they gave us an explanation during check in. Morning breakfast, staff were so fantastic. All together it was great!

No issues

Clean, well run, comfortable beds, hot shower, quiet. There’s a pool, hot tub, and even water slides. There are pool side rooms that open right into the pool area. There is a restaurant and a small convenience store like area. The staff are all very nice and professional. We would stay here again!!!

The hot tub jets weren’t working. That’s the only negative.

First time staying and would recommend it, the water park was great, the staff was helpful, and the price was reasonable, would stay again.

There is no place safe for a dog to relieve itself, however the secured smoking area looked amazing, please consider our pets need a secured place to relieve themselves, thank you!

The kids loved the pool. It was pretty packed, and the "warm kiddy pool" was actually not warm? But other than that it was fun. The splash pad was not visible from where we were but probably just needed to look harder.

The elevator had a sticky substance on the ground but it was cleaned up within 45 minutes, one elevator didn't work.

The hotel staff was amazing at fixing minor issues, the Waterpark is amazing and great for families things for all ages. The location is great easy to get anywhere. We got a joining rooms which is a life saver for families. Great parking and wifi and rooms were nice and chilly in the middle of our Sask summer heat.

Had a fabulous stay just couple things to tweak. The room should have been cleaned better. Found snacks from previous guests on corners and stepped on glasses cut my foot good not even sure where the glass came from. The layout is a bit weird but it is to accommodate the 2 waterpark so we did lots of walking inside hotel to get to where we needed to go.
