I was blown away by just how much stuff was inside it’s like being in another world entirely. As I was staying for a concert there was plenty to do throughout the day before heading to the arena at night. It was super clean and full of so many activities and every time you thought you’d seen it all you’d discover a new thing.

Location unless you’re planning on just staying within the resort, which was my plan, it’s not the best though if you wish to see more of Korea. Although it can be done it’s a solid hour out of Seoul so day trips can take longer.

Initally when we approached the check in counter at around 1pm the lady was a little stand offish & said check in only starts at 3pm which we totally understood. We just wanted to leave our luggage first so that we can go attend the EXO fanmeeting that was happening at 2pm. It would have been nicer if she wasn't so hostile. Managed to check in at 5pm. I think the staff name was Elia Kim, she was so sweet & efficient. Check in took less than 10mins & she always had a smile on her face. Concierge team was also very nice too. Room is so huge! Toiletries were from Aqua Di Parma! Bath tub was lovely. We ordered room service dining & we also got our food within 40mins. Overall i loved my stay so much

Trying to find the Ocean Tower since i was dropped off at a different tower. Every staff i approached told me to go a different way & i was exhausted just trying to find the lobby.

I liked the amenities, water park and activities for kids.

I did not like how busy the hotel was on the first day, though the staff made an effort to make right the issues. Check in was an hour late and lines for everything were very long, the hotel was incredibly busy. I highly recommend checking what events will take place on the night you are staying. I was thankful that the staff offered to assist when we were not originally satisfied with the issues mentioned above.

I like that the room was big, clean and had a great view. I also appreciate how helpful and attentive the staff are. Everyone I interacted with from the concierge, front desk, in-room dining and the pool staff- they were all welcoming and treated us kindly. In-room dining had good options and the food was to our liking If looking for a place near the airport, the hotel should be a top choice!

Everything met our expectations given that we wanted a hotel near the airport. For those who are planning to spend more time in Seoul, it's best to look for hotels within Seoul to avoid long travel time.

Perfect venue if you have an event at inspire arena. Lots of food and shopping options. Lots of activities to keep everyone of all ages entertained. The interior and exterior design is incredibly beautiful and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful

The room was very warm. Stayed at 23-24c even though we kept turning it down to 18c. We stayed during summer so it was a bit hot

It was clean, had great amenities in the room and is right near the airport and was what we needed.

It was very difficult for the taxi to find the entrance, the signage isn’t great. The staff behind the counter were nice, but we were standing there for a while before she noticed us and it was very late so it would be have been nice if she’d acknowledged us and called us when she was done with her task.

We had a great time at Inspire Entertainment Resort near Incheon Airport! It was the perfect place to spend a half day before our late-night flight. The facilities were modern, clean, and full of things to do—from relaxing lounges to entertainment options and great food. It made our layover feel more like a mini vacation. Super convenient location and well worth the visit if you have time before a flight!

The room! The ambience. The food. The activities. They provided more than enough towels which was great. My lady said the hair dryer was outstanding.

Guests have to book for majority of the restaurants. They weren't even full but you still have to book. If you don't book weeks prior. There is only a couple of options you can just sit and order. The other option is to order room service.

Being able to return to my room that feels like home right after concert at Inspire Arena. The room deserves the 5 stars rating with all the facilities although the price is a bit on the high side.

The roof for the airport shuttle bus stop needs an improvement. It's not big enough to provide cover from the rain, my luggages and I were all drenched while waiting for the bus.

Free shuttle to airport and to city . Clean and fancy hotel, inside the resort , got good decorative food court. By the way super yummy milk tea inside the resort call metcha next to the oasis village . Must try….. try their futuristic art thing call le space .

Charge for minibar . But for hotel that caliber yes good to have mini bar but should be complimentary instead of charge
