The location is absolutely great . It’s overlooking the beach and close to everything. The hotel itself is a bit tired but the ocean view room we had was big with a small kitchen and full size fridge . The rooms are pretty basic but clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The 2 lifts up from the street to the reception on the 4th floor aren’t enough for a 30 storey hotel . Sometimes we had to wait a long time. The housekeeping was a bit erratic and sometimes we didn’t get clean towels but the reception staff brought them up. The pool area only has 6 sunbeds so you have to get there early

My teenage sons were so impressed with the size of the room! Everyone had their own sleeping space which was great. The City views were lovely to see, especially at night. We appreciated the fridge and the washing machine, and was happy there was a drying rack in the room. The room was clean and attended tonwell. I visited the gym area which was wonderful, with bonus views (I chose the run along the beach though). The location was perfect for exploring the beach or the City by metro. Alos made use of the facilities in the building, the Thai spa, the Indian restaurant and the air pellet shooting range. Great stay.

Personally, I was a little dissapointed that the pool wasn't yet open (early April), but i also fully recognise that not everyone like cold water swimming. I do wish the terrace had been open though, as the weather was good enough to sit a coke in the sunshine.

The room was very comfortable with ample towels and comfortable bedding. We had an issue with the bathroom which was fixed straight away. We rented kitchen utensils for 11000KRW per night and it had everything we needed. The bathroom facilities were good with ample storage for products. The lighting was good. Good storage space. Great location - so close to the market and to the beach and only a few minutes to the metro station. Reception staff very helpful with our queries.

Could hear neighbours when they were noisy but that is not something the hotel could control.

Beautiful room, plenty of facilities with loads of space. The view of the city was lovely especially at night, and we would have enjoyed another few days at this hotel. The location was great and the hotel was spotless.

The room had fantastic kitchen facilities, but only 2 mugs and no other cutlery, crockery or cookware. I’m unsure of the purpose of a full kitchen if it can’t actually be used unless you bring the contents of your kitchen at home. We paid extra for breakfast, however everything was ice cold, which must be the norm since they have 2 microwaves available. There was a kitchen behind the buffet but it wasn’t in action so we’re presuming whatever prepping they’re doing, they didn’t want us to see.

Room was very spacious! There was also a kitchen area in case we wanted to do any cooking. View of the beach was great!! Housekeeping was good, cleaned our room daily. Location was good too, just across the street from the beach, and about 8-10min walk from Haeundae station. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

As many reviews shared, have to take 2 lifts to get to the hotel rooms. Can be a bit of a wait during peak hours but wasn’t a big issue. While views were great, rooms can get pretty hot as sun shines directly into the room in daytime. Not an issue as we weren’t in the rooms most of the time. Heater was turned on from 9pm to 9am (during winter) which can get quite hot, but we simply turned it off and opened the window.

Stayed with family for two nights and had a lovely time. Chose ocean view which was gorgeous and worth the extra money. Room was very close in size to an American double and was comfortable for the 3 of us. Location was close to many restaurants and was a 3 minute walk to beach.

Language was a bit of a problem at check-in.

Our family love the location. It is located to everything that we want to do on Gunam-ro. Next door to the Korean Traditional Market where all the street food vendors are and very close to the subway station and the beach of course. The price of our room is reasonable. Also, since we have to check out at 1100 and still has one place to visit, they kept our luggage for us until we depart the area. The staff are friendly. If ever I will visit Busan again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, great views, great access to literally anything you can think of at Haeundae beach. Very helpful and nice staff.

As a foreigner, it was a bit difficult to figure out the air conditioning system at first. Google translate camera helped me with that though.

Large room. Comfortable beds. Great location close to the beach. Staff was very helpful at check-in. They also helped us book a mini van to the station.

Access to the pool was not free. They only provided 2 free coupons (when we were 6 people staying for 2 nights). This was nowhere advertised on our reservation. In the end we did not really enjoy the pool because it was really small with too many people. Breakfast food was ok but the room was very small and packed. Not a cozy place to enjoy a nice start of the day.

Overall a great and wonderful experience. Staffs were very friendly and kind in helping all the customers. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Busan. Strategic location and comfort stay. The room is clean and the ocean view is breathtaking.
