The location is very good, 3 minutes walk to Seoul Metro. And there are restaurants and KTVs nearby that open at late night. The room size is just enough for 2 people with 3 luggage. And it is clean. Though the building is not very new, the facilities is fine. Bath water is hot enough.

The room service system is a little bit confusing. I use the “house keeping” tag on door but they skip adding supplies. If you need cleaning just don’t put anything on the door, they will clean every day by default.

I like the size of the room and beds. It was simple but just what I wanted. I liked that they offer breakfast and have drinking water for you everyday

There was visible mold in the bathroom, it was everywhere and seemed like they were not doing anything to prevent or get rid of it. They never vacuumed the floor of the room during our stay which by the end was filthy.

What was there not to like everything at your doorstep. Buses, train station 5 mins walk, mini Mart right next door supermarket 10 mins walk to Emart, so many great food outlets, all there, staff were very accommodating highly recommended. Easy transportation to and from the airport so easy, was able to store luggage before and after check in and check out

Staff was very helpful when requested for a room with a bathtub (Extra fee but I didn't mind). Housekeeping very attentive and always asked if I needed any amenities on days I didn't need the room cleaned. Asked for an upgrade so got room with extra space for packing, closet space, and bathtub. Bathroom soap, shampoo, and conditioner were really nice. Location not too far from nice eateries and coffee shops.

Room was dusty in many areas (Window net, safety deposit box area, TV console area) which was not good for someone with allergies like me 😅 Could have hot water kettle in room.

Location is pretty good at the main road. It is between Ewha and Shinchon station. Around the hotel has many 7-11, CU, GS25 stores.

Tables and chairs at breakfast front are not enough for travelers. Breakfast menus are no more choice. They have only 1 elevator when busy time we are waiting too long time.

Hotel and room are very tidy and modern. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was simple and tasty (both European and Asian choices available). The noise cancellation is excellent, so the room is calm despite having a big road in front of the hotel.

The toilet sometimes started flushing automatically, also at night. But after I told the reception, the problem could be resolved. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The room was clean, they refill the bath items and change the towels everyday. The location was great just a few minutes walk to Ehwa Uni and subways/bus stop.

The bathroom is a bit smaller than expected but it's not a problem in use. If the hotel adds the bathroom curtain it would be even better.

The room is very clean. I like the bathroom and warm toilet.

Very late check-in time at 4 p.m. There are many electric plugs in the room but there is not for all types of the electric socket.

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! Each day our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels. We appreciated the bottled water that was left in our room daily by the staff. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to other travelers.

We could have used some extra pillows.

Location pretty close to transportation, about 5 minutes slow walk from closest bus station/subway station. Cozy room with nice view. Staffs were nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Wish they had different types of pillows that we can choose from. It was a bit too shallow for my friend's liking. The check-in time was a bit late (4pm), but we are okay.
