The location was perfect and a minute walking distance from Yangjae subway station. The staff were at all times very professional and helpful. Rooms were well air conditioned, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to all.

There was no air conditioning in the hallways. The view from our room was also not so spectacular as a big half built construction building was blocking our view, however, since we were out most of the time it didn't bother us too much. It would have been lovely to have had a nicer view! We booked 2 King Rooms and expected to have 2 king size beds, however, that was not the case. We were assigned 2 rooms with 2 double beds. I am still unsure as to why it is called a King Room.

Very large, well-appointed room with a great view. Good bathroom and a rooftop pool as well. Location is very handy for the metro.

Some more attention to detail for the price would be helpful. Our room key was only authorised for one night instead of the two we had booked - small issue but annoying when I got stuck outside the room and had to go to reception dressed for the swimming pool. Had to call to get bin emptied as this wasn’t done during room clean, but to be fair cleaner quickly rectified and brought extra water. Location is very handy for metro but a bit far if you want to walk to central Gangnam.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient—close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay!

Breakfast ok - bacon usually overcooked. Eggs great. Tomato missing some days. More western type fruit would be nice but appreciate hard to do.

There are absolutely no public rooms / areas rooms where you can sit with a colleague to do some work. The meeting rooms often seem unoccupied and I think it would make sense to use some of them in a more flexible way.

This is our second time here in Hilton Garden Inn and we are really happy and feeling comfort during our stay. Last time the amenity the hotel provide was Crabtree & Evelyn, which came into a trial size and it run out so fast. This time the amenity is from Peter Thomas Roth, it smelled really nice and came into big size so we didnt bother to ask. The cleaning service is so well during our stay.

There is a diswashing sink on the room that we selected, It could be better if hotel could provide to complete the use of in-room facility like dishwashing soap, scrub, fork and spoon or even chopstick.

Great location, modern, comfortable, responsive and friendly staff, great breakfast, great pool on rooftop Staff responded positively to replace all down quilts and pillows, and replaced with comfortable foam equivalent items. Really loved this place and will make it a point to come back to stay again.

The lobby staff very friendly, perfect location and lot restaurants nervy cafes and stations so easy to transfer to another areas of the city. I will recommend this hotel . And I love Korea 😍

The AC it wasn’t working at this time because the weather at night the temperature dropped. So understand it. But for me was fine .

It’s a good hotel in a nice area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they served the same food everyday. The area is quiet and next to subway and buses. The staff is nice and helpful.

It is a normal Hilton, nothing WOW about it. It was very basic.

What you expect from Hilton, nice customer service and location convenient near subway. Facilities like a nice gym and a big room. Strong wifi. Little things in the room like a USB socket and international power point near the bed.

I ordered room service which cost 55000 won for just 1 Bento box which includes fries (photo). This is too expensive, which I miscalculated (when I converted) hence I didn't realise. My Korean colleague also told me it is too much. No early check in allowed.

Very nice and spacious room, clean and comfortable. It's well-equipped and has a modern design. The staff was friendly and efficient.

You had to pay to use Wifi!! And there was no toothbrush or disposable shaver, ear cotton swab etc.
