- We were a family of 5 and booked two rooms that were connected - Rooms were spacious enough - No issue with wifi - Comfortable beds - Decent water pressure from the shower - Charging stations in the rooms for your phone - Air conditioning you can control in the room - Rooms are soundproofed - Lots of variety at the buffet breakfast (lots of different types of Asian food, pho, udon noodle soup, many types of stir frys, curries, dumplings, fried rice, fried noodles, pasta, rice porridge, soups, western breakfast with eggs many ways, bacon, sausages, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, quiche, smoked salmon, continental breakfast with deli meat, cheeses, cereal, yoghurts, salads, fruit, pastries, bread, bagels, muffins, juice, tea/coffee, yakult - Large indoor swimming pool (have to book, only allowed 1 x 3 hour session a day per person, need to wear a cap but the hotel provides them). I did want an indoor pool so we wouldn’t have to worry about being in the sun - Amazing staff with excellent customer service (thank you to manager Alex for being so kind and generous) - Hotel was located in a safe area, short walk from restaurants, retail shops, the subway - Coex Shopping mall and Lotte World are a shot cab ride away - Good value for money as kids stayed free with breakfast included for them - The airport limousine bus stops at the hotel. We caught this bus from Icheon airport. Took approximately 1 hour. Good value. We didn’t use this service to go back to the airport because it would have taken 2 hours in traffic - Seoul was the last destination of our 6 week holiday abroad. Staying in this hotel was a lovely way to end our trip before flying back to our home country

- I couldn’t get the room pitch black even though there were black out curtains. There were a few tiny lights on the ceiling, may have been the sprinklers? - Waiting too long for the lift at times - Breakfast finishes at 10:30am - As other reviews have said, it is a bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel from the street with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s not that far really but walking in the hot humid weather probably makes it feel much longer than it is - If visit Seoul again I would stay closer to the central Seoul as there wasn’t much to see or do in the Gangnam area and getting taxis to/from central Seoul was a pain at certain times of day due to traffic

Pool. About 15m long so could do laps. A little too warm. Gym had lots of equipment but no rowing machine. It costs extra to go into the sauna/baths. Good value. About 300m walk to nearest station and restaurants. Huge double bed which was not too hard nor soft. Quiet neighbourhood. 4 stops on metro to coex 2 to bus terminal. Airport bus stops at the front of the hotel.( they come roughly every hour and took about 50min from incheon terminal 1 to the hotel. )

Some hotels in seoul have shops and transport at the door.

the staff was very polite, hospitable and helpful. the location was central and convenient. the hotel room was comfortable with modern facilities and the room temperature was pleasantly warm. the wellness facilities were magnificent. we'll equipped gym, sauna, steamroom, hot tub , cold batch and swimming pool and indoor golf course. truly amazing.

the waiting time at reception and concierge at check in was long: more than 10 minutes.

Modern facilities with robot butler, gym, sauna, golf practice facilities, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room. Location was also great, a lot of places within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and we liked the hotel bingsu too! The airport bus also has a stop there although we didn’t opt to use it.

Practically nothing. Just noted that the weighing scales weren’t really working

We stayed in Novotel for 13 nights. We had small kids with us & free swimming pool and Spa 🧖🏻‍♀️ was great. Great Location, close to everything we want to check out in Seoul. Rooms were bit small, comparing to US standard sz rooms. Room was really clean, nice staff, all spoke English.

Rooms were was tight, food inside hotel is really expensive, but food was not a problem right outside hotel is food streets everywhere.

Good size room, close to the subway which was great, very clean.

Communication with the staff was challenging, very basic, if I asked anything like - do you have soy or almond milk? they looked at me as if I was an alien; I thought that for the Novotel chain, staff would be fully bilingual, same with dinner, it took me more than 15 minutes trying to get an answer to - what is the side dish to an entrée -- I decided to eat something else.

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the CafeShow. It was a perfect morning stroll. The room was very big and it was great to work, the Wifi was fast enough and I also liked the bath; perfect to relax. The hotel staff also helped me with the early checkin and the lugage that got lost during the flight.

Everything was fine during my stay. There was nothing to complain about.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping were quick to respond to our requirements. The staff were exceptional, very helpful, cordial and very professional. Daniel from Conceierge was a super star, full of life, active and always in a bubbly mood. The breakfast layout was excellent with multiple selection for everyone's pallete and choice. Overall excellent and fantastic stay due to the location, staff,and comfort.

The amenities in the room was limited. For a 5star, basic amenities i.e. tooth brush, razer were missing or chargeable

The room itself was immaculate—modern, yet cozy, with a luxurious bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. Amenities like the in-room espresso machine and high-speed Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the trip was the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which offers breathtaking views of the city along with a culinary experience to match. The complimentary breakfast was an array of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order items that set the tone for a delightful day ahead. All in all, the Novotel surpassed my expectations in every way and has set a new standard for hospitality. All great until we need to say goodbye!

The room was nice The service, the cleanliness, the room clean, the amount of facilities the hotel has to offer and location was great. The gym, pool, restaurant underground shops, restaurant, spa and sauna, mini drinking bar with entertainment and the style of the hotel was classy especially the lobby and eating area. I was also suprised it has a she fixing shop and a hair dresser in the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower is in the bath and it’s very compact to use.
