- big room with enough place for luggage; - lovely traditional food restaurants; - Cu and 7 eleven in the neighbourhood; - Clean hotel; - Helpfull staf;

- You can only regulate the temperature in a small area (± 5°C); - 15min walking to metro station, the bus stops in front off the hotel; - No closets for clothes;

- Amazing view, but a bit noisy from outside - Quiet and good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors - Cleanliness: cleaning and changing towels daily; - Convenient location: near attractions and close to the nearest metro station - Quiet and safe area, close to restaurants, cafes and University

- Very dirty windows that spoil the fantastic view - Poor breakfast, unacceptable for a 4 star hotel - No possibility of transfer from / to the airport - Strange and unpleasant smell in the room and hotel (smell of the old hospital)

Nice to CU convenience store next to it. Staff are helpful. Reaction time from housekeeping and technical support is super fast. Within 5 minutes they come to our room to deliver what we ask and help fix some issue we faced. Shower water is hot all the time. Saunna is good and gym room is big and complete equipment. Room is clean, bath tub is comfortable.

Far from subway, it is not suitable for family to travel in winter. The bus network is complicated. Calling a cab from hotel with assitance from the front desk. Need to worry about catching a cab back to hotel. All map and apps are in korea. Tried kakao taxi, bit not easy to identify pick up point easily without help, furthermore it is cold in winter.. Surrounding is too quite, only a Nice to CU conveniece store next to hotel which we visit every night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul. Our room came with a stunning view, was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, and it felt cozy and perfect for two people. There's also a laundry room, which was a great bonus. The location is super convenient — the neighborhood is great, and we got around easily either on foot or by taxi. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the value for money is outstanding.

Honestly, I can't even think of a downside. You can always find something to nitpick, but in this case, there's nothing I’d want to complain about.

Almost everything, especially the following. Location: our trip was mainly for attending conference at Sungkyunkwan University and we stayed at Orakai as per advice of the conference host; the hotel is close to Heyhwa station and Sungkyunkwan University campus life and with many shops and restaurants nearby but not as crowded as Myeongdong; transportation: easy access to Airport Limousine 6011 bus stop, Subway Lines 1 and 4, and Bus 162 going to Myeongdong; size of room: really spacious with two persons with two baggages; quietness and cleanliness.

Hairdryer (not hot enough and really needs upgrade).

We were very happy with our choice for Orakai Daehakro. The rooms were very nice, the gym excellent and breakfast ok (only had it once on the first morning) and staff super friendly. Our favorite aspect was the location. All the major spots you visit in Seoul are in easy reach by public transport. The palaces are almost next door. We also thought that the university district at about a 10-15 minute walk away is very pleasant. Lots of restaurants and cafes. A good vibe. Also worthwhile going up Naksam through the Ihwa Village neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel for a first time in Seoul.

The best location I have ever come across while on holiday, so many tourist locations were walking distance or a quick bus ride away. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and good sized rooms. It was nice having a cafe on the ground floor.

My husbands side of the bed was quite close to the wall so he had to move to the bottom of the bed to get out, this was in our first room, but when we came back towards the end of our holiday we had a larger room as the hotel was very kind to upgrade us which we appreciated a lot ☺️ The breakfast could be improved, the coffee or the milk tasted a bit strange, therefore we only had breakfast once at the hotel.

We loved every aspect of it and can’t really find anything to fault it on. The location is superb, right in central Seoul within easy walking distance to the various palace complexes. Also, there are plenty of cheap and tasty eateries in the streets outside, as well as a number of small convenience stores within 2 minutes walk. Our room was excellent, clean, bright, with decent city views. Overall it was very comfortable and quiet so we were able to have really good sleeps. The mini-fridge was a nice bonus to keep our drinks chilled. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great selection of both western and Korean food, as well as a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. A real highlight of our stay was the very well equipped gym which we used every day. This is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever experienced, pretty much commercial grade. There are a dozen or so high-quality cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowers) plus a huge selection of Lifefitness weight machines covering all body parts. In addition, there is a reasonable selection of free weights ( dumbbells, Smith rack, and preacher bench).

The late opening hours of the gym (7am). It would've been nice to be able to access at 6am.
