Host was wonderful and very helpful during our stay. Property was great at helping with luggage at check-in and check-out. Called me a taxi when I needed and were as nice as any 5 star hotel I have stayed. Loft was very big and we had plenty of room, much more than we needed. Still it was nice to come home after a long day of exploring and have an apartment we could breath in, and enjoy a glass of wine to finish off the day. Great option if you are staying for a bit more longer, as this place is typically a 7 night min for my understanding.

I wish they had a pod coffee machine. They do have a drip style machine, but the ground coffee did not have many option when we went to the supermarket.

Nice oasis in one of the best areas of Seoul. Walking distance to so many spots. The apartment I had was very spacious with good light. Quiet and clean. The staff were around but not too intrusive. We kept in touch with phoen chatting, and they recommended a few very good restaurants near the apartment. Very happy with my choice and would choose this property again for the fantastic location and good value.

Rooftop was closed one day due to rain, I know its not anyone's fault, but would be nice if they had some outdoor space that could be used even if the weather is bad.

Thank you to SLA staff. I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, my room was clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in Seoul. Cleaner did a great job on our room and staff were always reachable.

Best stay we had during our visit to Korea. A special thank you to the manager. Location is good, apartment is big and everything you need is included. Great Value and better than I expected. If you are expecting a luxury hotel, this is not where you should book, but if you want a nice, clean apartment with a full kitchen in a great location than this is well worth it. When I compared similarly priced options, I could get a nice apartment at SLA or a box basic hotel room that I would have trouble opening your suitcase in. For me this was an easy decision.

I wish I could cut out the middle man in my booking.

Thank you to SLA staff for a wonderful stay. They really go out of their way to help if you ask. The apartment was better than I expected and was pleasantly surprised. It had everything we needed and was clean and warm. Needed for how cold it was outside. The best part for me and my parter was the heated floor. It was extremely comfortable and much better than other places I have staying at. Apartment was unique and everything was very clean. You are also super close to a couple Palaces we could walk in about 5-7 min. Location was great for this sort of activity.

They do not provide coffee and tea, but there is a cafe on the ground floor. would be nice if they had this though.

The staff are absolutely outstanding. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the manager, but he was incredibly kind and helpful. Communication was fantastic and he went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The apartment itself is a great size, beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is adequate for preparing easy meals and there is a washing machine in the room also. The location is good, it's around a 10min drive from the Myeongdong or Insadong hubs, which are great for shopping and markets. There is a bus stop right out the front of the apartments and the closest subway station is around 15min walk. We were travelling with a child, so mostly used taxis. There is a convenience store across the road which we accessed daily and stocked almost everything we'd need food wise.

I stayed in one of the SLA Lofts 202. Loft was super beautiful and lots of space. I had everything I could want. The staff also went out of their way to help me with suggestions and places to explore. They moved all our luggage when we checked in and when we checked out, just like a hotel. Kitchen was very nice to have although I only made Ramen. Our apartment was very clean and design was very cool. Our apartment faced the main road, sometimes I would hear the occasional car, but for me this was completely fine and overall very quiet.

Had a wonderful stay at this residence apartment. Very good value and wonderful location. We didn't need to take a taxi for most of what we were doing. Everything was 10-15 min walk including great restaurants, gwang jang market and a few very nice suggestions by the manager. Thank you ;) Would be happy to return and would recommend for anyone looking for something a little different than a standard hotel.

The rooftop was not open during two days due to the rain. Boo hoo.

Loved the Loft. Big apartment and nice clean bed. Very happy with my stay and felt like I was really living in Seoul. There were lots of great cafes all a couple min walk, ILLT, DOUCHE and Behind Me Coffee bar are some I would recommend. The area is great and much better than Myeongdong in my opinion. Lots of things to see all within walking distance.

Wish I could stay a bit longer. No complaints

One of my favorite locations in Seoul. Loved the area, our apartment was very comfortable and clean. We also had a great dinner at the Korean restaurant at SLA. Staff are extremely kind and made for a memorable stay. Staff was very nice and gave me very early check in. I wish I could live there. :( I would recommend and would be happy to return. à la prochaine!

They do not provide drinks or coffee etc. Would be nice if they could offer this.
