Cleanness, kindness and informative staffing, good portion and nutritious breakfast and the most important was a convenient location.

2nd floor bathroom sink need to check, water flowing didn’t working properly. Should have rules not taking showers after 10 or 11 pm for people who is already sleeping. Also there were people who talked very loudly in the lobby or during a breakfast time I had to move away from.

The breakfast is fantastic, the staff are lovely, the hotel is immaculate and a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It’s also at the epicenter of great food and cultural attractions in Seoul and very near a subway stop and bus stop.

Excellent location - couldn't do better. Close to the beautiful streets of insadong, it's half way between two metro stations (on two different lines) and walking distance to lots of the famous cultural sites (palaces etc). It felt very safe and secure, especially for a solo female traveller. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel itself was clean. The free breakfast options were great and I thought the free use of laundry (washer/drier) was a great offering.

It's a hostel style setup which means you're dependent on your neighbours to keep the volume down. The hotel does recommend quiet time after 10pm but this wasn't always well adhered to.

The Hotel has a Hanok theme that represents a traditional Korean home. It is immaculately clean. The size of the room was perfect for 3, and my son slept on a single room in the shared area since we were 4 adults. His little room was also extremely clean. Everything looks brand new. They take care of every single details to make your stay pleasant. They provide robes that are soft and homey. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety every day. The location is also a plus, a block away from one of the temples. We walked to most of the attractions. I highly recommend it.

The location is very good for the historic and cultural things in Seoul. There are some great bakeries and cute food streets nearby. It also has easy links to other areas of the city via a short walk to the metro or a bus station just outside of the hotel. It was very quiet and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and could all speak English very well.

As a solo traveller is was a very safe and lovely place to stay! However if you are looking to make friends I found this hard to do as everyone mostly keeps to themselves. This is okay for me but might not be for every solo travelller!

The Personals at the reception were very helpful & welcoming!!! Specially with Hanbok, that was Awesome!!!  The Personals at the Breakfast were very friendly, Services very clean, Corean's food perfect!!! I enjoyed it every morning with the amazing view to the beautiful garden!!! Room Services till bathroom/WC was perfect clean!!! Very friendly Ladies, it was fantastic!!! They did a hard work!!!  I really appreciate it the traditional & modern Hanok!!! The Decors & styles. Around, everything accessible, Temples, buss, restaurants, etc... Perfect, Like it!!!

I loved the 24/7 reception. The staff were always so helpful and it felt very safe. There’s a convenience store a couple doors down so you can buy food and eat it in the lounge area near reception at any time. The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday (which I didn’t expect). The location is right near the palace and there is an airport bus stop right around the corner from the hotel. They also provided an included breakfast which was great - it changed slightly everyday but included toast, yoghurt, salad, fried rice, boiled or scrambled eggs, cooked vegetables, and fruit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The bed is a bit high to get up on, so for short people or people who have limited abilities may struggle.

The location was most convenient; relatively near to a bus stop, convenience stores and restaurants (please do try eating at 전주식당, it’s a restaurant ran by a sweet 이모, just a few meters down the block, her dishes are so delicious). The rooms were so quiet and the common bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffets were delightful and the hotel lobby smelled nice. I also liked the view of Namsan Tower from the rooftop. The staff were also very helpful (thanks Mr. Jay for helping my friend order in Chinese food).

As someone who has a stubby build, climbing on to the bed was physically taxing lol
