I recently embarked on a month-long trip to Seoul, drawn by the opportunity to watch my favorite South Korean actor, Kim Seon Ho, perform in a theater play. My accommodation at Benikea Noble Hotel proved to be an essential part of my unforgettable experience. Exceptional Hospitality: Mr. Brad Lee (Lee Junyeol), the General Manager, and his staff set the standard for exceptional hospitality. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From offering assistance to anticipating my needs, they truly made me feel valued as a guest. Prime Location: The hotel's proximity to key attractions made exploring Seoul a breeze. A mere 3-minute walk led me to the bus stop, providing easy access to popular tourist spots. Within a 7-minute stroll lies Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, a charming area teeming with restaurants and cafes. En route, I discovered numerous local eateries and picturesque coffee shops. Additionally, Changdeokgung Palace stood just across the street, while Bukchon Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace were easily reachable by bus, taxi, or a leisurely walk. With taxis being affordably priced in Seoul, getting around was convenient and budget-friendly. Impeccable Cleanliness and Amenities: The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in every aspect of my stay. The rooms were immaculate, and the state-of-the-art bathrooms featured heated bidets with convenient touch-button controls. The courteous housekeeping staff ensured that every detail was attended to, while the well-stocked refrigerator offered a selection of water, tea, and coffee. Superb Value for Money: In my experience, Benikea Noble Hotel stands out as the best inexpensive hotel in Seoul. Despite its affordability, it offers unparalleled service and hospitality, making it a true gem in the bustling city.

In conclusion, my stay at Benikea Noble Hotel surpassed all expectations, thanks to its exceptional service, prime location, and immaculate facilities. I am immensely grateful to Mr. Brad Lee and his dedicated team for their outstanding efforts in ensuring a memorable experience. The convenience store located just outside the hotel, open 24/7, further added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. The hotel is close to bus stops and a few minutes to Angkuk metro station. It is accessible from Seoul bus transfer centre and two bus rides to Dondaemun H&C Centre. It is also close to a few places to eat, serving IMO authentic Korean dishes (yummy!) with lots of side dishes. I was able to check-in earlier than stated chk-in time.

The room is quite small, nowhere to put the luggage. The bathroom is ok. I was not able to leave my luggage for one day while I'm in Busan for free because they don't have a storage room. The cost to leave one lugggage is W10,000.

That came with good surprise. we like our staying very much, you could leave your luggage before and after check in/out, and I even check-in 1 hour earlier than expected. the room was cleaned daily, available laundry service with additional fee. the location is just perfect. you also feel safe, and quiet for comfortable sleep even though there is going construction nearby. the AC and hot water work fine.

The room a bit small for 2 people with big luggage, sometimes the cleaning smell is quite strong for me, could have darker window curtains. But these are small things and I am still very happy with my staying, would come back if I visit Seoul.

The hotel was very well located and easily accessible by bus. It is surrounded by some of the key streets and parts of Seoul. You'll enjoy going anywhere you want at any moment. Also, the staff was very friendly and always available 24/24. The room was quiet and isolated from any noise coming from outside of it. The bed was very comforting and the facilities are great. There's also a desktop computer in the room which is so cool in case someone has no access to a PC, and the WIFI is good as well.

I think it's something in the process to be fixed, but some parts in the bathroom's corners have mold in them. I am sure that the hotel is taking care of them, and if not, I guess my note will be a way of informing them about this issue which is not big but treating it early would prevent something bigger later on. As for the Wi-Fi, for some weird reason, I couldn't find the one of my room with its number, so I had to connect to another room's. I wanted to inform the employees about it but it was a very short stay anyway so I barely stayed in the hotel.

The Hotel location is excellent as its really close to Anguk station and Chandeokgung palace. Even though the hotel is close to a major tourism site, the hotel was in a quiet area. The staff were really helpful even before I came to Seoul. They were prompt in replying to my messages. Staff even sent detailed instructions on which airport bus to take and where to get off. Staff also helped me do the laundry and gave me instructions on operating the washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer are excellent. The room is pretty spacious with ensuite toilet of a good size. The room is cleaned and made up every day. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and close to major tourist destinations like Bukchon Hanok village, Gyeongbokgung palace.

A very nice hotel in the north of Seoul not so far from Gyeongbokgung Palace. Can be directly reached from the Incheon airport by the airport limousine bus 6011 (stop "Changdeokgung Palace"). Perfect location: bus stop just nearby and metro "Anguk" in 5 min. walking distance. Many tourist destinations are not far as well: Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palaces, Jongmyo shrine, Ikseon-dong Hanok village, Insadong street and others. Hotel is located on the quiet street and has very nice and friendly reception staff. It is also possible to book a breakfast. The room was very clean with daily room service, full complect of toiletries and daily refill of drinking water. A small convenience store is located directly near the hotel entrance.

The bed mattress was in my opinion quite hard. The first night it was very difficult to fall asleep but later I got used to it. There is also no big supermarket to buy groceries or prepared food, only a small convenience store.

The location is great, just a few minutes walking from the Joseon Palaces, and near many nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. The neighboordhood has many examples of very nice and quaint traditional architecture. There's also a jazz club (Chunnyun) nearby. The staff tries to be helpful. The room is clean.

The bathtub/shower seemed to be built to direct the water toward the bathroom floor, which doesn't seem to be a very smart design choice to me. The check-in/checkout time (15:00 and 12:00) are to be strictly and blindly obeyed, which again sounds a bit silly to me when there are rooms available.

Perfect location, a few steps from the hot trend cafes in Ikseondong. Quiet and next to subway station. Direct bus stop to airport right opposite.

Shower water is a bit weak

Really enjoyed our stay at the Noble Hotel. The staff were lovely and greeted us warmly on arrival. The laundry room was very welcome after 5 weeks travelling. The room was spacious with two large twin beds. Housekeeping was daily and impeccable. The location of the hotel is excellent. We caught the AREX express train from the airport, then took a 5 minute Uber ride to the hotel. It’s in a nice quiet area near some old parts of the city. A five minute walk from Changdeokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanon Village, for example. There is a nearby metro station, too. There is a convenience store just next to the hotel - similar to 7/11 - which seemed to be open 24/7! All in all a great stay and very good value for money.

The location was convenient with one of the major sights, Gyeongbokgung palace just across the street, a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway station and a convenience store right next to the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable yet very clean and friendly environment. The staff were forthcoming and very kind. Will definitely come back for my next visit! My room had a fridge, kettle and daily room service.
