Room was a quite comfortable size for 1-2 people, most of the utilities are written in Korean, but the staff has made sure to add extra information by writing it down, or having handy videos reachable by QR codes. The staff is VERY polite and helpful at all times, and super easy to communicate with. The establishment is very close to some tourist attractions and one of the lines that goes to a subway station which takes you to Incheon Airport, so getting to and from anywhere in Seoul to the establishment is super simple!

I had no bad experiences, so there is nothing to complain about.

The facilities were great (full fridge, washing machine and a shower that is good for tall people). The location is perfect if you are doing things around Seoul or meeting tour groups because the station has 3 lines that connect. There is easy access to water bottles, towels and toilet paper at the front desk and they will organise a taxi to get back to the airport. Manager was really friendly and accomadating.

This isn't not exactly a bad thing and it can be seen in the photos, but the rooms are small so be prepared. My husband and I stayed 2 weeks and it was fine because we were out most of the time (we were comfortable when we were in our room to rest ), but if you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room, this might not be the place for you. We were able to put our luggage in the cupboard and under the desk so that gave us more room.

The location is fantastic and the room and hotel are clean. We loved going to Ikseondong Hanok Village for breakfast and dinner (lots of cafes and bbq places). We were near a lot of palaces and it was easy to get to Gwangjang Market and Myeongdong, the subway station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel and there are 3 lines. The streets around the hotel are very active night and day and there are plenty of eateries around. We were able to change out our towels everyday at the front desk and refill on water, even though room service is only every 3 days which was totally fine! The family room has a single bed and full/double bed which is just enough for 2-3 people. The bathroom was clean though showing some age around the edges, but the kitchen was quite nice even though we didn't cook anything. The fridge was quite large though we only put drinks in it. The washing machine was really handy as we only brought a few days of clothes and continuously washed clothes. The hotel has drying racks which we used everyday (in winter it took about 2 days for things to dry even though we opened the window to get the humidity out). We were able to store luggage for 3 people in the closets and under the desk. There was enough space in closets and we were able to get more hangers at the front desk. There were 3 of us and even though there's not much room between beds and the kitchen, we were pretty comfortable. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helful! We were even able to borrow umbrellas when it was raining out, and they helped to point out where the airport limo bus departs (there are also English signs everywhere).

My friend would have liked it better if there had been a shower curtain, but many places in Asia have combined shower/toilets so I was totally fine. The 2nd floor location was loud with construction noise at 8am next door, but that couldn't be helped. The view from the room is just other buildings close by, which obstructed daylight. The room had a large window, but I wish half of the window hadn't been blocked off (room darkening windows?). The curtain itself was thick enough to darken the room at night.

Clean, comfortable (but compact), firm bed which I don't mind. Window that opens (but no real view), washing machine and enough hangers to dry. They gave me detergent when I asked. (Don't confuse moisture-absorber box in closet with leftover detergent; a translator app saved me from trouble there!) Excellent location. I think this was my third stay here.

A bit of noise from the street, but quietens down at night. Fridge a bit noisy. Maid service only weekly. Needed to buy coffee supplies because none provided; used pot to brew it up. Nobody at reception before 10am, but afterward, friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s at a very exiting and vibrant local area with great accessibility. The facilities in the room come very handy, and can ask the staff for those not provided in the room, ie. kettle. Staffs are super nice and can speak English. The room’s perfect for one but might be a bit small for two, nor for those travel with big/many luggage’s, I could hardly open my 27-inch. Overall I loved my stay and hope I could’ve stayed longer.

The drying machine’s in the men’s room in the lobby. If a female resident wish to use it will need ask the staff for help, which might a bit inconvenient since the counter has an opening time.

It’s in the centre of Jongno, surrounded by tons of cafes and restaurants. It’s a quick walk to tourist spots like Changdeokgung, gyeongbokgung, insadong and etc. It’s also located 5mins from metro station where you could get to many other places in Seoul easily. (If you take a short cut it’s even more straightforward once you get out from exit #4!) The room looks the same as photos advertised booking.com. Soundproofing works fine you don’t find it noisy despite it being in a restaurant are. But be mindful that you need some skills to place your luggage in the room if it’s too big. Housekeeping service is on request but your could replenish your towels and bottles of water at reception every day. Slippers, shower products are provided but you need to bring your teeth brush. You could use the washing machine if you buy detergent powder from reception or prepare it yourself. It’s good for longer stay! Drying machine is available in the property but you need to pay a small amount to use. There is microwave each floor that can be used freely in case you get hungry during the day. In terms of facilities it’s abundant for leisure visitor like me. In case you would like to store your luggage before or after check in it’s also possible. Staff is friendly especially Brandon. Communication before arrival was timely and responsive. They speak pretty good English so don’t worry about asking them questions! They could give you recommendations of where to visit or eat. I had a comfortable stay for 5n4d and would love to recommend it to my friend. 편하게 쉬어서 감사합니다. 다음 여행도 꼭 돌아가요 ㅋㅋㅋ.

The apartment was in an excellent condition, easy to get to touristy areas and ginseng chicken soup locations There was someone at the desk until 22:00 (?) There is an airport limo can takes you close to the apartment, about 10min walk and so can save so much money than taking a taxi. The apartment messaged me the details telling me different ways to reach apartment which really helped!! Unlimited towels can be taken from reception, ironing board and iron in reception, asked for bowls which were in reception Kitchenette was perfect Shower was wonderful and hot, no shower curtains. though Loads of eateries nearby including right downstairs there is a bar and multiple bbq places. Cute shops during the day. Found a japanese inspired coffee place that had water feature inside and were able to sit on the floor japanese style, or sit on stool, was a really calm place and I was never able to find it again Despite the cons, I think this is a great place for a short stay, if you are on a budget. Lots of supermarkets nearby and also close to the station(s) and other buses (abit further away) We were able to open the windows to let air in There was a washing machine but we didn't use it

Be warned, the rooms are tiny, and it was just 2 females (me and my mum) sharing a room, we had 2 large suitcase and 2x cabin and had to make do with space No full length mirror First night we stayed, two different men were SCREAMING, another crying outside at early hours of the morning!!!!!! Ruined our sleep. Probably because loads of food and drinking places nearby which somewhat was still quiet despite this. Complementary bottled water was offered but upon tasting it... it tasted chemically so we just bought our own

The hotel/residence is the perfect place for a short or longer stay in Seoul. Excellent location - we did not use transport for the first few days of sightseeing as many tourist attractions are within a 1-2 km radius. The hotel is also superbly connected to the rest of the city - bus stops and underground station nearby. In very close proximity to many restaurants and places with excellent local food at very attractive prices. Room equipped to make you feel at home. In addition, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staffs were friendly, brandon and there was this other guys whose name i did not catch. They were very helpful and friendly throughout! The room itself was cozy! The place was near the metro station. Near exit 5 of jongo-3(sam)-ga, which is the purple line. Jongo-3(sam)-ga has blue, orange, and purple. Exit 4 and 5 are at the purple line side. We couldn't find exit 5 at first and we had to walk a distance on the outside, from exit 7/8 from the orange line but after a while we figured things out. I also love that there was this guide to show which channel number is for which tv channel. Anyways, the place was very convenient and a walking distance to alot of convenience stores, mart, money changer, and other eateries. It's a walking distance to insadong too!! Would consider coming back!

It would be nicer if the room was a tad bit cleaner. This was because the floor was abit dusty. The shower head was abit loose, so when the water was on, it will flow out from the bottom of the head. Only when we switch on to the maximum, the water will flow out the normal way it should. The room as a whole, is ok for 3 people max. It was a little squeezy because of all the luggages but it was still ok overall! Other than that, everything else was fine!

I liked that the hotel was quiet and the guests were also quiet. No children, only adults. Also, the washing machine was great as I could wash my clothes. And the kitchen area was good as it gave me an option to cook if I wanted.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I had a back ache every morning. The room is a little small. No room for my trolley bag and the clothes dryer. At night, the route to the hotel is quite quiet and dark. You need to be confident to walk through especially as a woman.
