Central location close to tourist attractions. Had a balcony with door to open and a flywire screen door as well. Room was generous in size. Good shower with separate toilet. Comfortable Bed.

Central light switch controls on other side of room no t near the bed. Bath Towels too small.Equivelent to a hand towel in size. Wash Basin and tap were loose.Basin not cemented into bench and tap swivelled around. This was Room 1102. Bath needed a shower screen to stop water going all over the tiles. Room Service forgot to replace toilet paper,shower gel and coffee sachet refills over the stay of 9 nights.Had to inform front desk.

The hotel location is excellent. You can literally walk to all palaces and there is a hunok with bars and restaurants in 2 mins walking. It was clean and they brought new towels every day.

The room was very small to the extent that it was suffocating. I did hope for something slightly bigger. It also had a lot of mosquitos which made our nights difficult.

Loved the room a lot! Don’t know what I expected but this was great! Loved the room a lot!!! The location was really nice too! It’s really close to line 5, like literally on the other side of the street. A 7eleven is really close too. Staff was nice too. The first 3 nights I didn’t know how the airconditioning worked, but then my friend asked and they explained it (I should’ve asked earlier). It’s in the same remote as the tv, for anyone wondering. Overall, really good experience

The only thing that wasn’t my fav was that the bedding was pretty loose, which is really a personal taste, and the rain shower head was just a liiitle too short for me (I’m 175)

Amazing experience 29 nights in Hotel Hertz Seoul. For a long stay, small kitchen access and the ability to prepare simple meals would be great. High-Speed Internet - Reliable Wi-Fi for office work, streaming, or staying connected. Comfortable Bedding - High-quality mattresses, pillows, and linens. Laundry Facilities - self-service laundry room. Housekeeping service - daily cleaning. 24*7*365 Days, Hot water access to Bathroom and kitchen. The one-door fridge is in the room. The room heater works well, especially since the outside temperature was between -7 and -8 degrees.

The room is small, and I was expected to get French coffee sachets daily but it didn't happen.

The location is very strategic. It was placed across the subway station, many cafes, resto, street food stall, as it never quiet until midnight. It is also walking distance to Ikseon-dong, Insa-dong, and Myeondong as well. Even though the room is quite small, but it was quite comfortable and the bathroom has bath tub. But overall, i love staying there and would probably come back.

The lighting is lacking. The hotel staff didn't clean up our room when we already put a sign for our room to be cleaned up . I believe they just put new towels and took out the rubbish plastic but not making our bed.

Location: Short walk from subway (Jongno 3 station - exit 4). Numerous cafes and restaurants around the area to explore and eat at. 24hr convenience stores nearby. Room: Clean room. Air conditioning was strong and comfortable. I liked that there was a separate space to leave your shoes before coming in to the room. There was a small balcony for some fresh air. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Bathroom: Small cubicle for toilet separate from showering area. Spacious, wide bath. Body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels provided. Check out: Seamless and easy, just leave your room card in the collection basket in the corner of the lift. Facilities: Coffee machine provided for guests on level 1 beside the front desk. Vending machine for toilet supplies also available for guests to use. Mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer and straightener provided. Gaming PCs (?) also provided in the room, but I did not use them as I was not able to get them to work. Flat-screen TV mounted on the wall with Netflix & Disney+. Staff: Friendly and helpful staff. Staff were also able to speak English.

Room: Lights were a little dim. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom got blown while I was staying there. Bathroom: Room and bathroom only separated by a curtain - not a big deal. Facilities: Only 1 lift serving more than 10 floors of the building, so it can be quite a long wait if it gets busy. As the floors of the room were tiled, it would have been a lot better if they provided floor towels to dry your feat when leaving the bathroom after showering.

the property is very modern and clean, amazing comfy bed and a bath and shower. the location is great with literally a 30 second walk to the nearest subway station that links you up to the whole of seoul and a 6 min easy walk to bus stops, not to mention the hotel itself is in a really central location. the reception staff honestly could not do enough for you they always helped when needed even with small things and they work really long hours days at a time so lots of respect to them!! I don’t think i’ll ever book another hotel in Seoul as Hertz is the best i’ve found for best value of money!! highly recommend

Nice place and great location. Personal were very helpful and we could leave our luggage before checking in so that was relally great to visit the city. At night all aroind is great and with a good ambiance with good food. Even if the street was was crouded we almost ( very little) here anything while sleeping.

Love the location, it's right by the entrance of Ikesongdong Hanok Village with cafe in the day with restaurants followed with a street of food tents just right outside at night. Also walkable to the cultural street. It's close to the train stations and walkable from airport bus. Though the street is busy at night, their soundproof is great. The day time gives a normal neighbourhood vibe and we got comfy sleeps.

Beware it's in a popular area, the room are on the smaller scale. The bathing area/shower is not enclosed and is separate from a curtain only to the beds, so the leg part shows. So for some that wants more bathroom privacy, this may not be the best. The bath towels are not of the western size, it covers the front and it doesn't give a full wrap haha as most korean hotels i'd been to, which was also a cultural experience. So bring your own or pick one up from nearby Daiso ;)

Very comfy beds and enough pillows. Fantastic shower with amenities provided which was handy. WiFi connection was very good. Microwave in lobby. The location of the property is ideal and close to the hustle and bustle in the evening! There is a station right outside the property which is useful. I would recommend arriving via line 1 from Seoul station exit 1 or line 5 exit 4, as there are less stairs with cases but is a slightly longer walk.

Towels are very small, could provided bigger towels or more of them. Straighteners provided in the room didn’t work, may be worth removing them.
