Amazingly well-designed place where everything has been thought through. Great value for money as you get not only compact apartment-like room, but also free breakfast, free laundry service including the drying machine, a huge TV and a desk with a computer. Everything is very clean, new and high quality to begin with. Friendly staff.

This is not something to improve, but rather to consider. While Jongno is a very convenient area to stay (most tourist attractions are walking distance, several subway stations nearby), it is worth saying that the area itself is popular primarily among the elderly. If you know Seoul well enough, this would be the opposite of Hongdae. If your goal is to see the center of Seoul - it will work great for you. It is also pretty quiet at night. The room has no view as the window faces the next building. The window, however, is very creatively covered by a sliding screen; therefore offering a great sense of privacy.

The Location is excellent. You are only a few minutes walk from Jongno 3-ga Station which is a main transfer station for Lines 1, 3 & 5. You are walking distance to a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. The breakfast was perfect, you're allowed 1 fried egg which is cooked fresh for you, and then there is tomatoes, boiled eggs, frankfurters, mashed potato, toast, fruit juice and coffee available. We were trying different places for lunch so didn't want a big breakfast. They provide you with free bottled water which you can take from a fridge in reception. The rooms were clean, tidy and spaceous. The TV was huge. The roof garden was a nice area to sit and read in the afternoon. They also have a washing machine and dryer available to use, we didn't use it but I think it needs coins.

To be honest it's rated as a 2-3 star and I went with no expectations, as long as the rooms were clean I was happy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really spacious and luxurious. They provide everything you should need (water, toiletries, hairdryer, etc). Very quiet, you can’t hear any noises and the bed is super comfortable! Location is great and easily accessible from Incheon airport. O really recommend this hotel :)

Room was clean and had a cosy apartment style layout. The staff were friendly. Also, it was a 15-20 min walking distance to myeongdong and 10 min to Insadong.

The air conditioner and computer had lights which were bright when lights were off, making it hard for sleepers like me who is sensitive to light. Hotel breakfast was basic but there are nice cafes within walking distance so it’s not a big issue.

It has a window but no view, the bathroom needs hooks to hang stuff.

The location was amazing. Close to everything and lots of option for food.

No main door to the toilet and shower area. But would still recommend this place.

This hotel was incredible! Everything about it was excellent and exceeded expectations - the room size, the location, the accessibility, the neighborhood. The room was very spacious and even had a gaming computer that my child loved using during down time. We were in close walking distance to the metro line and to several amazing neighborhoods, especially Insa-dong. The food options around us were plentiful as well. But most of all the staff and the hotel were excellent. They were so kind and accommodating and addressed every question we had and helped us book tours and taxis. The laundry access was great and really helped us deal with the hot, muggy days. I would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast was good but simple.

Fantastic location within walking distance of public transport. Airport shuttle bus is only a 6min walk while normal bus and train line is only 4/6 minute walk respectively. Jongno is only a minute train ride away from the green line which will take you to all major destinations. It’s also conveniently located only 6 minutes walk away from ikseondong hanok village and major pocha district. The hotel itself was fantastic. I stayed for 7 nights and room cleaning service was great, always providing fresh towels and water bottles everyday. Bathroom was large with seperate shower and toilet, which is so rare to find for this price point. The towels are average sized which I had no issues with, but if you are an above average sized person I would recommend bringing your own towels if you prefer. Shower amenities are provided for your convenience including a hairdryer and hairbrushes. You can also grab new water bottles for free if you need in the lobby and umbrellas are available for use in case of wet weather. The breakfast menu was simple which i didn’t mind as i preferred trying out all the cafes (so many!) nearby in ikseondong village. Check in process was super easy and staff were very accommodating during check out. As I had a late flight, they allowed me to leave my bags after checkout and pick them up closer to my flight time.

While iron and microwave are available, unfortunately they’re located in the basement level which means you’d have to take a trip down just to iron your clothes or reheat food which I found inconvenient at times.

super spacious room with a big comfy bed and bathroom. Fresh water available and we really liked the neighbourhood. Very lively and lots of food!
