Could not have a better location, 1min away from the metro, palaces nearby walking, lots of markets, the river walk.. The room is clean, the bed is confortable and comparig to other places in seul it was big, anf the bathroom too. Paid more for less space and uncomfortable bed in other places You wont hear a sounds from the street, if the people staying there is respectful you wont hear a sound at night

Theres a weird smell on the lobby/kitchen that I couldn't get used to in my six days there. If you come with big luggage be care full, theres no elevator

We enjoyed the location and the room was very clean. The neighborhood was the best, the modern Hanok we were in was so fun. The staff was nice and the common room was free to use but we had everything in our room to enjoy it almost like a hotel.

We had a clogged toilet issue haha but the staff provided us the necessary tools to fix the issue!

Very reasonable price, all tourist locations were nearby- centre point, easy commute to all other places, staff is very friendly and good... Very lovely lanes outside guesthouse like totally instagrammable spots 😃

Didn't like the kitchen, AC water was leaked, kitchen floor was all wet, so felt bit uneasy about it and it smelled because of it. Didn't feel fresh there. Kitchen should have more ventilation, but may be because it is in basement it is like that...but they should really do something about the kitchen....all other things good.

The hotel offers self check in and there is an option to leave your luggage in there even before the check in time. Rooms are rather big for Seoul, and location is really close to Palaces as well as well connected via public transport to any important spot. At the first night we arrived rather late and noticed there was a mold in our room, as it was late, we didn't manage to reach manager the same evening but the next day they've checked our room and moved us to the new location some 15 min away from the one we booked. The new room was splendid, it was completely new and very comfortable. Manager was nice and helped us with our luggage to the new location and took care that we are well accommodated and apologized several times for the incident. I hope they will renovate the room where we were the first night as the location is really great as is also on the second location and they are putting a lot of effort to make guests feel comfortable.

The location is excellent. Although the guesthouse is located in the middle of the city in a busy area, it was pretty quiet. With the pictures and explanation provided it was easy to find. The room was very plain and functional, but super clean. The bed was hard, but still comfortable, my mom also had no problem with the mattress. TV, AC and WiFi worked fine. The staff was also super nice. I packed the wrong charger for my phone, and they pointed us to a Daiso where I could get the right one. Definitely a great stay for such a low price.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet corner in the midst of the lively Insadong quarter of Seoul. The guesthouse has kitchen facilities that can be used until 10pm. Note, you have to wash the dishes yourselves (obviously). Many highlights of Seoul (East and West temple) are nearby / on walking distance.

The room seems to be constructed by an amateur construction worker. Like many other guesthouses, the rooms has a small window. And in the bathroom no seperate place to shower. Having said that, the bed was good, a good shower and a clean place.,

Location of homestay is near to subway station and there're much more restaurants and convenience store such as CU,GS25..etc.

That'll be nice if homestay has elevator and it's easy to bring language to the room where you leave

Room was quiet and is situated in a great part of the city, lots of daytime and evening options for food and drinks. Great location for accessing most of the popular sites in the area. Staff are lovely and really helpful. They will also wash and dry your clothes for a low price. We stayed there for nearly 2 weeks without any problems, yes the room was a bit small, but the price was right. Clean towels provided daily. Small kitchen at the entrance with almost everything you need.

No lift, but that wasn't a big deal

The hotel was fantastic, exactly what we expected - a starting point for exploring the city. Particularly noteworthy was the hotel staff and manager with whom we had the opportunity to speak more than once, always willing to share knowledge and good humour.

The only downsides were the size of the towels (although it is worth mentioning that we were given fresh towels every day) and the fact that the rooms were not vacuumed, after a few days in a small room some dust was collecting on the ground.

Cozy little place in a very central location. Good value for money. The kitchen and water dispenser were useful. Using a code instead of keys was convenient as my friend and I could freely come and go without having to think about who has the key and when.

The room was a bit shabby, but they were starting renovations after we left so that'll probably be fixed.
