Rooms were as shown in the pics, Near to 1)walkable by 5 min from jongno 3 sam ga station subway(exit1) and city bus stop 2) convinence store, 3)shinhan Bank for foreign currency exchange, 4) near to all tourist attractions myeongdong, namdaemun, city hall, etc Well mannered staff Overall it's was very good stay Water, Coffee and green tea were provided in room and at the front desk( no extra cost) Comode had inbuilt bum cleaning pad which is multifunctional ( kind of which spray water automatically)

1)Room was cleaned with out our instructions on last day (although nothing was lost) 2)Strange sound was coming from air conditioner at midnight 2am during deep sleep

Convenient with the necessities to set up a work station and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Located near a lively part of town and close to major transit lines (3 of 9 subway lines and numerous bus options). Magnificent contemplative park (Tapgol) 1 block away. For a single traveller or a couple that doesn’t intend to spend the day in the room, GREAT!!

Far from a dealbreaker: the warren of alleys to get to the front door can be unsettling. However, the alley way to the front gate is quite safe! Trust the process, the reward is worth it.

The location was great. It was easy to reach many sights on foot, or use the metro station close by which connects 3 different metro lines. It was however difficult to find the very first time as in the middle of a maze of narrow streets. The bed was really comfortable (a firm mattrass but didn't feel hard). If someone likes a softer pillow, they should however bring their own as the one in the room was quite hard and high. And, a very spacious bathroom, which I appreciated.

The room could have been a little less spartan with a touch of design, some shelves and more hangers.

Great location. Close to 2 subway stations. Very easy to find (just follow Naver's instructions). Good size room for 1 person. Even though it is located in a very busy area it was very quiet at night. Huge shower with good water pressure. Room window can be fully opened. Very comfortable bed, so comfortable I sometimes fell asleep even if I didn't intend to LOL. Happy and helpful staff. I was able to leave my luggage until late in the evening after check out. I would love to stay there again if I'm ever in Seoul again.

Small things that are NOT a deal-breaker at all: 1. The panel that controls the lights and thermostat has 2 LEDs that never turn off. Can be bothersome if you're sensitive to lights at night. I resolved it by hanging a thick jacket on the coat hanger to block the lights off. 2. Thermostat controls can be confusing. 3. At first, the towels had a strong chemical smell probably from the detergent. It wore off after a day or two. Maybe should consider adding some perfume to their laundry . 4. The toilet functions (including flushing) are operated by a remote control that's mounted on the wall. Sometimes it would not register the buttons I pressed. Solved by removing it from its mount and getting it close to the signal receiver. Might have been a case of low batteries or something for mine.

The room was clean, comfortable and functional, the bathroom/wet room was fantastic. The staff was helpful and there was access to filtered water and coffee when needed. The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk from multiple metro lines and in a vibrant area full of comforts (bar, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), and yet, quite quiet at night. We came back to Seoul for one more night and I regretted not booking there again. I would recommend going and would go again.

Nothing really. We had a very pleasant stay! More sockets to charge up our stuff would have been useful. The room was a bit compact, but not a big deal.

The location is great as the hotel is close to a lot of key sites and there are lots of amenities nearby. The staff were very helpful and the bed was super comfortable.

We were only provided with one towel but this got fixed after we requested the room get cleaned (this did take 2 days but I’m not sure why). We also couldn’t get the shower to stay at a reasonable temperature - it fluctuated between hot and cold randomly. The bidet toilet also didn’t work and although we requested someone look at it we aren’t sure this happened so it was never sorted.

Central location, near metro station, two pillows, easy check-in, great staff, water and coffee machine, area full of restaurants, bars, night life and shops.

Cleaning could be improved by paying more attention to details (e.g. mirror, cleaning floor corners and under the bed, etc.). Also might need some renovation like wall painting; the room had yellow water stains on the wall probably from the A/C. The first time might be tricky to find the hotel as it’s in a small alley; use Naver app to find it with ease.

What I liked most about the property is its convenient location—it’s close to both the bus stop and metro, and just one stop away from Myeongdong.

Not sure if it was just our room, but the water heater didn’t seem to be working properly—the temperature kept fluctuating on its own without us adjusting it. To be fair, we didn’t report it to the staff since it wasn’t a major issue.

Incredibly convenient location, friendly staff, ready to help at any time. Excellent audibility (you can't hear your neighbors). Cleanliness in the room, comfortable bed. We are very pleased! super option for this price, recommended

instead of one of the tables in the corner of the room it would be very useful to have a wardrobe, it is sorely lacking

The place is located in a great area, you're a walk away to great city sites and lots of restaurants and night markets in the area. You can find any food from McDonald's to street food... we loved the area. The subway and bus are super close.

There wasn't much I could say I didn't like. They could use a closet and more public trash containers so we can throw our trash from our room. We felt we were carrying trash around most of the time. This is definitely a great place and price. We would definitely stay again.
