Found this hotel on a whim because our holiday plans had changed. So glad we found this place as it was central yet quiet and comfortable. Loved the bidet in the toilet! Free bottled water for us to take from the lobby and free coffee from the machine and filtered drinking water from the machine. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Seoul

The shower tub did not have a shower curtain or a glass barrier, so the floor could get wet easily. The room lights were a little dim. The room was a little cold for the few days when korea experienced a sudden cold spring (unless we didn't work the beater thermostat correctly!) but it was fine once we got under the sheets.

Excellent location as near a busy shopping street but tucked down an alley/back road. Quiet and generally clean with friendly staff. The marble floor was beautiful and so cool to walk on. The aircon worked well and they staff tidied, made the bed and topped up the water daily.

The bed was a bit soft ( for us) and there was only one pillow each which was too thick for me but these were only minor complaints

It would be great if they had a water refill station instead of using all those small plastic water bottles. Rooms are definitely smaller than they look in the photos & the window is very narrow, but at least there is a window & you can see outside.

Everything is like the pictures. Close to EVERYTHING. Staff so adorable and always ready to help. Beautiful room, huge TV, Netflix works perfectly! Mattress is new and luxurious (don’t know why people were complaining). Everyday they leave water in the room and they also have a very good grain coffee machine in the lobby. The immersive bath is amazing and the shower…. Oh my God!

Lovely design and quiet at night. Close to food markets and restaurants. Close to metro. Changed our sheets as we stayed a while. Free water bottles.

There is a charge for laundry services and we would have liked possibly a token system as was staying for 6 nights and needed to wash

We were worried about previous reviews, but loved our experience. Big room with fantastic bathtub, thorough cleaning included changing towels every day. Great location.

Very clean, great location, 5min walk to three metro lines and 5min walk to the airport bus. Staff were very nice and let us check in early

There were no towels in our room after being cleaned and we had to go down to reception to get more but was not at all an issue.

The lighting was very harsh, I would’ve liked a lamp in the room.
