Slick room with nice lighting and comfy beds. Fittings were good quality, including kitchen and bathroom which seemed really robust and well designed. Everything seemed pretty new and clean. I liked the self check in and luggage storage.

Bit strange not to see any staff at all in three days! But as I understand it there is a staffed office on basement level.The Korean thing of not sealing the shower so water gets all over the bathroom floor makes no sense to me but all the Korean hotels we stayed in had the same issue so I guess it's just how it is.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of amazing restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. Public transportation was also incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was spotlessly clean and felt modern and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the area!

The only drawback of this place was the lack of storage space for clothing and personal items. With only two hooks available in the entire room, it was necessary to live out of my suitcase. To improve the space, I would recommend installing additional hooks near the entrance for hanging winter coats and bags. Furthermore, more hooks in the bathroom and on the walls would be beneficial for hanging clothes and other items. Despite this, I would still suggest this place, but with the hope that these improvements will be made in the future.

Located in nice lowkey neighbourhood surrounded by pojangmacha and street food, and super convenient for taking the subway (7 min walk) and the bus (4 min walk). Room was a 3 bedder but worked out well for me and my teen daughter. It was the most well-appointed studio I have ever encountered! Full sized fridge, 2 cooker induction oven, washing machine with dryer function, full sized bath towels, aircon, heater, a table for meals, another for makeup… and just help yourself to amenities at B1 where the office is located. I also loaned a steamer from the office for dewrinkling my outfits. Check in was seamless - just scan a QR code for your room number and lock code. Checking out and need to store your luggage? They have you covered: just scan the QR code for the code to lock and unlock the luggage room. Response to any query was fast and accurate. Also, communal umbrellas at the lift should you need one!

Room’s just a bit snug so I stubbed my toes on the bed corner a few times. Bathroom cannot be kept dry during shower but that’s just the way it was designed. The internal fan dried up the bathroom floor super fast, so really no complaints!

Our two weeks in our studio apartment were fantastic. The location is excellent. There is a lot of transportation close by, and we were able to walk anywhere. It is a new studio apartment building, newly equipped, clean and everything worked great. No issues whatsoever. The Wifi, TV, washer/dryer, and all the amenities in the apartment and provided were great. It was quiet, and everyone was respectful. All of the directions were clear, and the description is accurate. Free luggage storage is available both before and after check-in. I want to return!

There isn't a closet, as other reviews have indicated. It could be a problem for someone who has a lot of clothing to hang or store. We managed by being resourceful and creative with the storage space we had.

Location is great, lively neighbourhood, combini store round the corner, food of any type at walking distance, near old temples, 5 min walk to nearest metro station, safe neighbourhood and safe property, very clear check in instructions and for use of appliances. Very handy storage space available on check in and check out days. Very wide screen tv set. Working space in the room (desk) and common meeting room.

No cleaning service (at least not included in our rate, maybe you can ask for it, it could be useful for long stays), room not really spacious, but ok for 3, no closets and no storage space for luggage (in the room). Overall everything was ok, anyway.

We liked the location and especially the affordability. It’s in a private enough area but still very close to public transportation and close to a lot of eating areas. All the rooms were comfortable, clean and had all the stuff we need. The staff was very responsive and very helpful.

I don’t think it’s the property’s fault but, where the guests dispose their trash/garbage should be kept more organized and cleaner. I think they should have bigger bins.

Very clean and newly renovated room. Excellent location to explore central Seoul with a variety of restaurants and the metro within a short walk. Nicely decorated with a great view of the city on the higher floors. The room was very warm, to the point where we struggled to keep it cool. Although we may have had issues with our A/C and window. Otherwise a great stay.

1. The room is quite clean and new. 2. Every room is equipped with Wash machine (dry function included). 3.The staff is nice and friendly. They always addresses our questions efficiently. 4. Great location 5. Our room is located at 2 floor and there is no low water pressure problem.

1. we had to sort our waste but we only have 2 plastic bags in the room (one for bathroom and one for the room) to collect the trash.

Staff was very nice, accommodating and patient. Location was really great, walking distance to Gwangjang market and Insadong cultural street. Plenty eateries and convenience stores.

Nil though not forgetting it’s a new property thus do expect teething issues eg water flow at the toilet was inconsistent.

The location was great. Close to metro and bus stations.but in a quiet street, that didn't feel touristy. Great restaurants nearby and close to cool areas in Insadong. Great to have a laundry and extra bed.

Bathroom was very small and some of the positioning of furniture was a bit odd. We kept banging our head on the lamp.
