Perfect location! You are extremely central. The rooms are large and especially the bathroom was large, too. Everything was very clean, AC worked perfectly, staff was very friendly and there is free water for guests which was highly appreciated as the temperatures in Seoul were pretty crazy in August

Everything was just fine. There should be available tea, coffee, or water in the room before guests arrive, or they should provide when guests arrived..

Should be available to have tea coffee or water when you arrive at the room.. this is a very simple thing these days.

The cleaner didn't come to do it for 1 day.

There was no one at the front desk most of the time I was there. There was no toilet paper in my room. There was trash in the halls left by previous guests. The rooms had old fashioned fixtures (especially lights) that were confusing.

I like the most are the approachable and kind staff, unlimited complimentary drinks, the elevators, wide lobby, and the location.

Some of the paints are ripped off from the wall and ceilings. And the bathroom has unpleasant smell, I think its from the pipelines.

The hotel is in a great location and is in walking distance for some neat spots in Seoul.

There wasn’t a curtain for our shower, which wasn’t a big deal for us, and the toilet paper roll was almost used up when we first arrived. The biggest detractor was the black mold on the ceiling in the room. It was hard to forget about and made the stay less comfortable.

The price of the hotel was one of the best in the city and it was located close to City Hall and the train station.

Location. Easy going mood.

We find hear, not belonging to us in the bathroom. We had one bathtowel, even we had 3 persons in room. Do not forget the fridge door open! You need to study english!
