wonderfully located, within walking distance from Euljiro 3 train station and bus station, close to famous tourist attractions, 2-3 minutes walk to Cheonggyecheon and about 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong and Gwangjang Market, Room: Simple and clean, the bed is comfortable , WiFi has a strong and fast connection, no outside noise to be heard, the staff is friendly and attentive and speaks English, the neighborhood is quiet.

Hotel is located centrally in Seoul with metro station and bus stops just around the corner. The room was furnished and equipped with the essentials you need for a city trip. Breakfast was ok and everyone can find something to eat (cereals, toast, rice, mini wiener or similar, salad, slices of oranges, etc.), but don't expect a huge Korean / Asian buffet. Employees were overall friendly, but did not go the extra step to make the stay exceptional. When making the reservation this is what I expected from the hotels category and the price I paid.

Arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time, but obviously no room was available yet. Other guests also waited for check-in time as well. Other guests and I got the room keys basically on the dot at 2 pm - so all rooms suddenly were available after this extra 30 minutes waiting time. Don't get me wrong, I worked at hotels before and I know how it works. This is what I mean that employees are friendly, but won't go the extra step - probably not the staffs fault as they work according to protocol.

We liked that it was energy friendly but they didn’t skimp on the service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to help where help was needed. They were friendly and approachable whilst e always maintaining a level of professionalism. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and the staff always greeted you with a smile. The dining area had lovely aesthetics with lsoothing and welcoming music playing in the background. The hotel was located in a nice area where there were plenty of restaurants and cafes available, a train station across the road and a few buses ro choose from.

The location is very convenient for travellers as the subway station is just across the road, Cheongyecheong is on the otherside along with bus stops. The main Myeongdong market is also on walking distance. The rooms are comfortable though not very large, and they are clean with a good bathroom as well. We did not try the breakfast at the hotel. The staff at the reception is warm and welcoming and ready to help you. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would surely recommend staying at this hotel :)

The elevators require your keycard to take you to your floor. A tad bit annoying to keep the keycard always ready to board the elevator!

Perfect position to reach a lot of places in Seoul, very well connected with transportation. Nearby there is a bus stop for the airport. Very nice facilities, pretty clean and staff is very friendly. There are also places on a street nearby to eat and drink in the evening and the locals there are very friendly. There are also a lot of shops nearby easy to reach walking. You can leave your luggage after check-in even for long hours, really appreciate this!!

The toilet seat was a bit dusty

- 1 min away Eulji-ro-3 Exit 1 - so useful for getting anywhere in Seoul - 5 min away from airport limousine bus stop - very close to 7-eleven and a couple of places to eat and cafes - spacious room for Myeongdong + nice bathroom with bidet - very helpful staff and you can leave luggage there. We left for Japan for 4 days and were able to leave our luggage there safely and free of charge

- very hot and no air conditioning in room as centralised heating - loud after 8am as lots of construction around so not great for a sleep in - no conditioner in bathroom

The hotel's location is only 1 minute away from Euljiro Station, Exit 1. It's a walkable distance to Myeongdong Shopping Street. There was also free water by the elevator, and the breakfast was good! The staff was friendly and able to help international guests.

While showering, the water sometimes leaked out the door into the rest of the bathroom space. This wasn't a big deal to me though because it was easily solved by using the bathroom rug to wipe it up.

This hotel is amazing. I loved that it was very clean, the decor and facilities are up to date, the staff were very helpful and spoke English, they had a money changing machine in the hotel and the location was really excellent. Lots of food options in walking distance of the hotel, close to the shopping area and lots of Uber/taxi availability from the location. All of my tours were also happy to pick me up from this location - this is an important consideration 👌

No obvious faults - we had a hassle free stay.

The hotel is literally a 1 minute walk to Eljiro 3 subway. The location is lively yet not right in the middle of Myeongdong which is super busy. Various restaurants, cafe and bars to explore. Very central to most tourist locations. All in all the location is a winner! The facilities are ok, mainly what you can expect from a 3 star hotel. There are washing machines available in the laundry room, which is ideal, especially if you are staying for a few days.

Our bedroom was quite small for 2 people with big luggages but they had a decent size wardrobe, which is helpful. When we arrived, I noticed the cleaning of the room was very superficial. Next and under the beds were a deposit of dust. Staff is helpful when you ask for something or information but there was no life in them, not a single smile from anyone.
