The location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby and easy access to numerous tourist attractions. Subway stations are just a short walk away, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

A minor issue is the limited number of charging points, especially when traveling. You’ll need USB ports and at least two plug points near the bed. It becomes inconvenient when you have to charge phones, cameras, tablets, laptops, etc., particularly for a family of three after a long day of travel.

Location : Great， about 15 min to Myeongdong street Room: Clean , spacious Frontdesk staff very courteous and patiently answer my enquiries. Security staff very helpful and recommend the nice restaurant near around. Surrounding easy to get convenience shop, cafe and food.

The waiting time of elevator. Traffic noise. The room was clean but stay for long period, the housekeeping work need to improve. The tissue and toilet roll did not refill. And, the room floor seems did not clean and vacuum. But the toilet perfect clean everyday.

Location excellent, just under 10 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street, few steps away from bus stop and train station . Room clean and quite spacious, bed comfortable and they have laundry facilities; coin operated washing machine and dryer. The staff were the best staff I have ever met. They were friendly, always smiling and went out of their way to help us . They helped us to catch a cab to airport, helped us to find a local english speaking dentist. They also kept our luggage when we checked out for few days. Nathan (hope I read the name tag right) helped to apply first aid on my son who hurt his thumb. All the attention to details made us feel welcome and made our stay in Seoul a very enjoyable and memorable one. I am definitely going to stay at Lotte Hotel next time I come to Seoul and would recommend anyone to do so.

Great location, tidy, clean and as described. V close to metro station, shops, food outlets of all types.

A small thing but the mirror in the bathroom is very hot and it's on all the time. I get it's to help remove condensation, but since hotels are trying to be green, I think it would be better to improve the extractor fan or allow you to switch the mirror heating on/off, since it's only necessary after a shower.

The location is great. Near to a subway line and the airport limo bus stop is 3 mins walk away. Surrounded by many eateries and cafe. Myeongdong is about 10 mins walk. The room though basic is clean.

The pillow is too soft for my liking. Would prefer to have drinking cup instead of disposable cups as it is more environmentally friendly.

Had a lovely 2 week stay. The staff were great and the receptionists handled English-speaking guests perfectly. The location is prime walking distance to many key locations, not far from Myeongdong and right next to the gorgeous Cheongyechon River. The small convenience store attached was very handy, and the Cafe 'Angel-in-Us' (also attached) was my favourite thing and a great way to start my day - coffee and sandwich in a very cute atmosphere. ATM is also available, which handled international withdrawals was also appreciated. Friendly housekeeping and doorman staff. Overall, it was very professional and pleasant. I certainly recommend as an international traveller. (The blue bowing man outside is also a nice touch and great landmark to find your bearings haha)

Clothes washing machines were perhaps too few, particularly when one was out of order.

Great location, close to the palaces, the market, and other sights. All in walking distance. Breakfast is ok. Comfortable and clean room.

A bit overpriced I would say. Waiting time for the elevator during peak hours. I’ve messaged the property three times prior to our arrival via booking.com but I didn’t get any reply.

Elegant hotel with great staff and service. The metro is just outside the building, many cheap places to grab brunch close by. The room was clean, simple and good size. Professional feel.

I had a hard time sleeping through the night because the unstable air conditioning. The bed was very hard and the pillows deflated easily. The lunch buffet was too expensive, we chose not to eat there. But the biggest annoyance was the lack of elevators. Three elevators for almost 30 floors are way too few, and the rides took forever.

Good location, a short walk from the station and buses. Airport bus stop is within a minute's walk. Easy walk to Myeongdong night market and shops.

Location. Just far enough out of Myeongdong so avoid the crazy tourist crowds and tacky atmosphere of Myeongdong. Parking access wonderful and plenty of it. Close enough to subway entrance that even though its a massive walk underground to the actual subway you are underground and out of the rain, heat if needed. Also this location puts you minutes from the Cheongyecheong stream (though honestly an hour walking along there is more than enough) and easy quick walk to Insadong street, so much better location than really our hotel in Insadong - though this is further to the Palaces if needed. Very central spot. Not too bad to visit Namsan and the tower. We walked to the bus stop that takes you up the hill to the cable car (free bus) but hardly anyone was using it. (Right outside exit 1 of the subway and by the big Daiso). Walkable to a lot of places. The hotel room itself was the largest we had of all our rooms, very comfortable, clean more space for our luggage. Bathroom felt a bit dated but overall this was acceptable. We had breakfast at this hotel each morning. Great selection, though needs probably a few more western options to claim that it has western. But it was do able and we were full each morning, albeit on bread. Korean bread is very sugary. Be warned! Beautiful views from the restaurant area. Staff very nice. Will definitely choose Lotte brand again.
