Loved the cleanliness, the housekeeping staff was amazing!! The shower pressure is unreal and the room is a good size.

They need to invest in clocks in the rooms, they need better pillows and the check in staff needs to be friendlier. The money exchange was closed the entire time at the reception which was inconvenient as well. No pool or spa at the facility. There’s also no microwave. The TVs are outdated and have no streaming services like Netflix.

Location is ideal to explore Seoul because it is close to several metro lines. It is in the middle of tourist attractions and lively neighbourhoods.

I loved the location since near public transportation and alot of good food + convenient marts etc, and to be honest, there is only 1 specific staff that I like (unfortunately they don't wear name tags) but is the plump guy and he's very friendly and helpful with sufficient English and Japanese but there are 2 others whom I dislike which I will write in the DISLIKE section. Not much facilities but is a basic hotel so for the price, is VERY worth it. Space is so-so, pretty good for solo travellers but might be bit tight for couples and above.

With regards to the staff, the girl was quite aloof as if not to care overall (I asked her to book me a taxi asap as I was late for my appt but she kept insisting I take the MRT cos she "couldn't get one due to rainy weather") and the other skinny guy saw the queue of people yet went the other way to avoid. Cleanliness is bit of issue cos I kept finding long black hair every now and then so made me think they didn't do the best job in vacuuming, wiping and replenishing toiletries.

The location is the best feature. If’s somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of Myeondong but still very easy to get to all the main attractions with multiple subway stations and bus stops at a walking distance. The rooms are a very good size for a couple to stay comfortably for a few days, good shower, Japanese-style toilets and some basic amenities are provided. It’s a nice touch that they make up the room daily to change towels and leave complimentary water bottles. If you’re checking in early you can leave your luggage at the reception. They always have someone that speaks English to help you out. The only downside was the bed was a bit too firm for me, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Fantastic location and helpful front desk. The room was exactly as expected. The lobby has a coffee shop, and a comprehensive vending machine and there were multiple convenience stores near by. The hotel was also very close to multiple metro stations which made getting around very easy.

A male staff member was helpful with providing a printout for me. The location beside the river is nice and conveniently located between two metro lines. There is also a bus stop out the front.Gwangjang market is in walking distance. It was possible to open the window for fresh air. The foyer has many couches to sit on while waiting. There is a convenient access door at the rear of the foyer to allow access to laneways an shops at the back. There are toilets at reception level.

My room was a little small to be able to open two medium size suitcases. There was no rack or space to put a suitcase in the room. The bathroom is pretty cramped so only one person can be comfortably in it. A female staff member wouldn't assist me to find a place to buy a SIM card.

Very friendly staff! The housekeeping was sooo kind and did their job perfectly! I had loud neighbours and called the reception and they immediately helped me out and called the other room. Also very helpful with directions or tips on what to do/see. The room was very nice with the perfect size. It had everything we needed. Location wise it was also perfect! Only a few walking minutes to Line 1,2 &3. 7 eleven was also very close. Just 10min walking to the central shopping street in MyeongDong. Also the fotos matched the hotel!

One time my room was left open after housekeeping was there. I went to the reception to ask and they apologised.

Location is about 10 mins walk to the subway. Room facilities top notch.

Some of the Receptionist could not speak English.

The hotel was perfect, between 2 or 3 main stations, there was an olive young near the hotel, next to that was a super delicious "Ttukbaegi jib", there is also a 7eleven and a CU store where u can get and recharge ur Tmoney card for public transportation. Next to the hotel there is also a deli toast "Isaac Toast" and Mandus "Ildeung Wangmandu", perfect for breakfast or dinner, and alsooo.. in the front there is a excavation zone that u can see from the top floors of the hotel (if u get the front view).

It was clean and a little away from the crowds and traffic noise yet close enough to explore the different areas. Walking distance to the different metro lines. If you are a runner, I recommend this location because the canal is right across the street. Perfect for your early running. If you are tall, you may struggle with the bed and size of the shower.
