The location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby and easy access to numerous tourist attractions. Subway stations are just a short walk away, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

A minor issue is the limited number of charging points, especially when traveling. You’ll need USB ports and at least two plug points near the bed. It becomes inconvenient when you have to charge phones, cameras, tablets, laptops, etc., particularly for a family of three after a long day of travel.

Getting around was incredibly easy thanks to the hotel’s great location—both the bus and subway were just a short walk away, making it simple to explore the city. Myeong-dong Street, with its endless options for food, shopping, bars, and nightlife, was right around the corner and full of energy day and night. Even getting to and from the airport was hassle-free—we were able to walk to the airport limousine bus stop nearby, which was convenient and budget-friendly.

Most things were great overall—just a small issue with the room setup. My window faced an office building, so we could easily see into each other’s spaces. The sheer curtain didn’t quite close and was a bit wrinkled, so I used a clothespin to hold it together for some extra privacy during the day. It wasn’t a big deal—just one of those small annoyances that nudges you to come up with a quick fix.

Location : Great， about 15 min to Myeongdong street Room: Clean , spacious Frontdesk staff very courteous and patiently answer my enquiries. Security staff very helpful and recommend the nice restaurant near around. Surrounding easy to get convenience shop, cafe and food.

The waiting time of elevator. Traffic noise. The room was clean but stay for long period, the housekeeping work need to improve. The tissue and toilet roll did not refill. And, the room floor seems did not clean and vacuum. But the toilet perfect clean everyday.

Location excellent, just under 10 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street, few steps away from bus stop and train station . Room clean and quite spacious, bed comfortable and they have laundry facilities; coin operated washing machine and dryer. The staff were the best staff I have ever met. They were friendly, always smiling and went out of their way to help us . They helped us to catch a cab to airport, helped us to find a local english speaking dentist. They also kept our luggage when we checked out for few days. Nathan (hope I read the name tag right) helped to apply first aid on my son who hurt his thumb. All the attention to details made us feel welcome and made our stay in Seoul a very enjoyable and memorable one. I am definitely going to stay at Lotte Hotel next time I come to Seoul and would recommend anyone to do so.

Location and all the help the reception desk offered. The concierge was/were extremely helpful, very kind and very knowledgeable with every question I had.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like. It was a wonderful experience staying in your hotel during my Seuol, Korea visit.

Location, comfortable rooms, amenities on the 3rd floor, connected to convenience store on first floor

Sometimes slow elevators due to congestion, wish the location of the amenities (washer, dryer, microwave) was closer to the higher floors

The professionalism of the staff when dealing with foreigners, very up to date facilities.

The elevators were slow and cramped, for a building with that many floors and guests the speed of the elevators was disappointing.

Decent rooms and close to myeongdong shopping plaza, the 7eleven at the hotel is very convenient.

there are buildings around the hotel that are under construction so that can be a disturbance.

Great location, tidy, clean and as described. V close to metro station, shops, food outlets of all types.

A small thing but the mirror in the bathroom is very hot and it's on all the time. I get it's to help remove condensation, but since hotels are trying to be green, I think it would be better to improve the extractor fan or allow you to switch the mirror heating on/off, since it's only necessary after a shower.

The location is great. Near to a subway line and the airport limo bus stop is 3 mins walk away. Surrounded by many eateries and cafe. Myeongdong is about 10 mins walk. The room though basic is clean.

The pillow is too soft for my liking. Would prefer to have drinking cup instead of disposable cups as it is more environmentally friendly.
