We stayed in Flat D, The Apartment was one of the best thing from trip. It is located South of the River, a little away from the major tourist attractions, but not a problem at all for us. The apartment was New, it had Microwave, Oven, Utensils, toiletries, pots and pans. It had Underfloor heating, warm toilet bowl, Clever lighting control can change according to dawn, dusk, full lighting, had a bedside lamp, LOTS of Storage and amble of space. Had charging station with different cables Had full working washing machine, detergent, dryer, air rack, dining table, coffee table. Walk in Wardrobe, with lots of space, lighting to see your clothes, lots of drawers. It provided a private space for the second person, if needed!!! We stayed 10 days, and the apartment made a HUGE difference, the bed was so comfortable. Place was homey and provided enough space for two adults without getting under each others feet. The front door is keypad operated. There was a working lift in operation We had someone clean everyday, Just need to tell them when you are leaving apartment and when you are due back. Downstairs there is a small restaurant, Vege Letter- can order PASTA! few minutes away there are few other cafe/restaurants/ CU/ 7/11 Apartment also gave us water everyday. rubbish was emptied everyday. The Host/company were highly responsive even at 1 am! Nambu Train station and buses were very close by. The apartment was nice and quiet!! Shower was super. We would stay here again

Was abit tricky finding the place at first, would be good for signpost: eg apartment in within a building called Ziegel, and next door there is a reception called UH FLAT- the lady who helped us first 2 days was amazing, she came out in the freezing cold to help us with directions (was minus degrees!!!) There are a few different entrances Remember to turn ON the electric hob buy pressing the fire extinguisher button on the wall above the hob, until it turns green :) When we went, there were heavy building works right opposite us that would start around 8:30am Monday-Friday!! But okay for us as that meant we had to be proactive and not lazy :)

Unit was clean, bright, and comfortable, with many technological upgrades. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores (basic groceries and toiletries can be purchased at the convenience store). Closest subway stop (Nambu bus terminal) was about 10 minutes walking distance. There's also a Daiso (Japanese dollar store) near the Nambu bus terminal. Gangnam area is really close by. Staff was attentive, checking in remotely daily for housekeeping needs. Everything we needed for our stay, plus the massage chair was a unexpected bonus amenity. Having a kitchen, washer, and living room made us feel like we were at home away from home.

Construction sounds could be heard outside and within the building during the daytime. Fortunately, construction sounds ended before nightfall.

The bathroom had couple of hairs from the previous tenants. Other than that, everything else was fine.

During our stay at the Seoul apartments, we had a very positive experience. To our surprise, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category, which was a pleasant addition. Check-in was remarkably smooth due to the self-check-in system, making our arrival convenient and hassle-free. The apartments were immaculately clean and spacious. A notable feature was the excellent massage chair, which added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, our time in Seoul was made more enjoyable by these accommodations.

1. There was luggage storage on the second floor when we arrived early so we didn't have to find lockers or roll our luggage with us as we explored. 2. Washer and laundry detergent provided! 3. Convenient to subway and airport bus!

The area is fine if you've already been to Seoul. It's easy access to Gangnam and Coex Mall, but it's a trek if you want to head towards Myeongdong in the city center where all the touristy things are. However, you are separated from touristy crowds being south of the Han River.

Few steps away from the metro station, eateries, shops.. The place is clean with high-technology devices. Ahhh we enjoyed the massage chair a lot :)

Spacious apartment, has everything you need, has a massage chair, is located on the route of one of the buses from the airport. The host brought fresh towels and water every day, and also offered to clean the apartment every day. Every 3 nights you can change the bed linen. There is a drying and ironing cabinet (styler). All furniture and equipment are in good condition. The apartment is warm and very comfortable.

Opposite our bedroom window there was a high-rise building construction site. Not too noisy for me, but it might wake people with lighter sleep earlier than desired in the morning. The bathroom door, although matte, is quite transparent =) One blanket, even if the reservation is for 2 people. The second blanket is for an additional fee.

The apartment is beautiful and super modern/high tech. It felt really comfortable, like we had our own apartment in Seoul. We realized that it was also a huge plus that the UH Flat office is in the same building. They were so attentive and responsive to all of our questions and requests. Also, I feel it's worth noting that I met two visitors in the building that had booked through Le Collective and both had issues accessing their units, and couldn't get in touch with the company. I had originally booked a Le Collective stay and canceled after reading the negative reviews. It turns out both management companies have units in this building but UH Flat clearly does a better job at attending to its guests.

The unit is super high tech so pay attention to the instructions they provide. Turning on the stove isn't just a simple turning of the knob! One other thing is the bathroom has a glass door so it's not super private. Not sure if all units are like this but we stayed in the Triple.

Apartment is as you see it, clean, spacious, neat and it’s close to many shops. Most importantly the staffs are so responsive, so nice and friendly. In Korea you need a Korean number to order food, but ask the reception and they can help you! They are so sweet and kind. There is a two metro station very good distance nearby. One is longer walk but 1 stop to Gangnam and the other one is shorter walker that leads more north of Seoul.

It’s about tricky with the address, oddly on Uber it would send you a street behind. But if you don’t use the address given but type in UH Flat it will give it a more precise location (applicable with food delivery)

Lovely brand new apartment, very high tech. The massage chair was amazing and definitely the highlight. Location very good, close to subway and airport bus.

The website has a very clear location with a photo of the outside of the building, I suggest adding this to booking.com or I wouldn't have found it.
