The view was spectacular. The staff were exceptional, went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable. The total experience was one we will never forget. We had the Signiel breakfast for 2 as room service. It was delicious. The grilled tomato was just so tasty, you should make it a side dish - just a thought. Would stay there again most definitely. It has totally earnt 5 stars PLUS!!!

Not exactly a dislike but found the Accessibility to airport a little difficult, was surprised the Hotel didn't have a more frequent limousine bus service. Choices were limited to rail/bus, not easy to manage alone with luggage and Taxi, (thought the price was unbelievably well priced for the distance to Incheon from hotel)

Review: Signiel Seoul The building is spectacular—an architectural landmark that makes a strong first impression. We stayed in a Premier Suite with city view on the 97th floor. The view was dramatic, though next time I’d pick the river view. The suite felt like having a private apartment above the city. The hotel connects to a mall and subway, adding convenience even if we didn’t use the subway. The staff were extremely polite and service impeccable. Some details, however, fell short. The towels and rugs lacked luxury, the bathroom had no scale, and unlike other five-star hotels in Asia, there was no champagne or fruit welcome. The happy hour offered mostly wine and modest snacks. Food was mixed. The cream pasta with pancetta and black pepper was excellent though expensive. Other items—like $27 onion soup or a $10 Coke Zero—felt overpriced. Overall, the views, service, and location shine, but finer touches and food value could improve.

From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed. The hotel made an immediate impression with its clean, modern, chic, and spacious design. Even though I ran into a credit card issue during check in, the staff welcomed me with open arms and quickly came up with a solution. Their professionalism and warmth instantly put me at ease. The room itself was incredible the first thing I noticed was how spacious the bathroom was, something that’s often hard to find. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and soft, and everything was spotlessly clean. The view from my window was absolutely breathtaking a bucket list moment to just stand and take it all in. Breakfast was more than worth it delicious, high quality food with so many options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I also appreciated the lounge, a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the city where you can relax and reset. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and at home. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is also perfect with Lotte Mall right downstairs, there’s plenty to explore, eat, and shop within walking distance. I have nothing to complain about. My stay was everything I hoped for and more. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and recommend it to everyone, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Thank you Signiel hotel for a wonderful stay!

The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The room service was impressively fast and highly professional. In summary, Signiel Seoul offers not just luxury but also an attention to detail that is truly remarkable. This hotel is absolutely fantastic: the view is breathtaking, bed is heavenly and breakfast in the restaurant “Stay” exceeds the expectations. Staff is very welcoming and polite, and overall we had a great experience. I also enjoyed the diptique products in the bathroom. The hotel is located near a really good and huge shopping mall that has pretty much everything you need. The fitness/swimming pool area is very well equipped, but prepare to wear a swimming cap and be fully naked in the sauna. Salon de SIGNIEL is also a very nice addition to your stay.

One thing that we didn’t like was the location of the hotel - it takes around 40-45 minutes by taxi to get to Myeongdong, Itaewon, Anguk etc. but that is not something that can be changed. Also, when ordering breakfast from room service menu do not expect it to be as good as the one in the restaurant - it is much simpler. Sadly, the breakfast buffet is open only until 10:00 so after having a severe jet lag we almost never could make it. Anyway, these are just minor inconveniences and everything else was great.

The service from the staff and the room amenities provided was beyond what most hotels would provide. They also provide complementary ironing services every day, and their laundry turnaround time was very speedy. It's a place where top dollar demands top service, which the staff fulfils well within expectations.

The location is not ideal for general touring purposes, as it is quite a distance to main attractions despite the connectivity of Line 2. It would probably be better suited to travellers who are looking to do shopping for luxury brands, which are plentiful in the area.

The view from the rooms is amazing. The building and the hotel are new and luxurious. They're connected to shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment areas. Even when the weather is bad, you can manage through underground connectors. The subway station is also right there.

The staff is not well trained. They are all very friendly and professional but don't know what they are doing. Check-in took forever. Getting two keys for the room was so difficult, which I don't understand. The hallway on the 95th floor smelled horrible with a strong chemical smell. I wanted to take a peppermint tea bag from Le Salon de Signiel as the room did not have peppermint tea. The staff said "No". For paying $600 a night, I cannot take a peppermint tea bag to my room? It's ridiculous.

Guest room with an Superior view of the city & Han River and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. We had breakfast eveyday at Stay which offered a great variety of food. Nice dinner at Bicena, too which served Korean traditional food.

The Gym room closed at 10pm is too early, should be closed at midnight. The water pressure of the shower is not strong enough.

Great luxury hotel with everything you need, in an amazing location. Staff was fantastic, the hotel has just everything you need from room service to pool and all facilities in your room, the view was great too overlooking the city and the river.

The room where we were staying was a bit neglected with stains on the walls and carpet, however it was kept clean and tidy.

We were treated to an amazing view from our hotel room, featuring broad, captivating scenes of the river and Seoul. The delicious food and fantastic in-room dining further enhanced our wonderful experience. Moreover, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Amazing indeed!
