I liked the warmt of the staff, the food is great, the restaurants, clear schedules, the shows are amazing.

Some portions of the facility need renewal such as the Mini Golf ⛳ is sooo old and busted, Building 1 is having renovations which is great. We had a situation where during check in the staff only had 1 laptop to verify almost 100 people and there was too much wait time to check in on a Tuesday at 3PM. They should be prepared for high volume with more laptops. Finally, the Wifi on building 1 was horrible I couldn't connect and I had to move outside the room in the corridor to get signal. Please check te coverage.

The room was good cleaned everyday. We had a ground floor room so door opened straight out o the gardens and pool area which was ideal. The pool was good however the water did start to look a little murky after a few days. The pool bar was very good and the service was usually pretty quick. Top tip take a thermal mug cup to drink out of it'll keep your drinks colder for longer. The restaurants were generally very good and the food as well. However at the weekend it got very busy and you would have to wait in a queue to get seated.

You got a lot of people coming for the day Saturday and Sunday and it gets very busy everywhere. I think they just look at what money they can get in.

We had a very good time at Fiesta Resort and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was very good and varied.

The rooms were quite noisy, the door like cardboard couldn't keep us away from the noise in the corridor. The noise from the pipes could also be heard as well as the next door neighbours. We would have liked to see more information on the screens displayed about the different activities of the day.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves a lot. We stayed at the property for four days and three nights before traveling to the Caribbean side of Costa Rica to stay with my family. The resort itself was roomy and well-kept. The premium rooms (with a view of the ocean) that my boyfriend and I stayed in gave us access to private pools, lounge chairs, and a pool bar. The pool-view room was nice and was also where my sister and cousin stayed. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the restaurants and swimming pool were both clean. Due to the majority of the staff's friendly and accommodating personalities, I gave them all between $2 and $3. Side note: On day two, we did come across a tour guide at the resort's beach, and we paid $90 per person for an ATV tour. Let me tell you, the tour was incredible and totally worth the money, especially since it didn't take up the entire day. Given that this tour lasted less than a half-day, we had plenty of time to enjoy the remaining portion of our day. By 1 p.m., I think we had arrived back at the resort. At around eight in the morning, an AC van came to pick us up outside the resort. The first stop was a sanctuary for monkeys where visitors could get close to white-faced monkeys. There is a $3 entry fee that goes toward the cost of the bananas you will feed the monkeys. The monkeys approach you up close and personal, so if you enjoy animals and want cool pictures, this is phenomenal. The gift shop was the next stop, where you could use the restroom and buy souvenirs. The crocodile bridge, where you can cross to see crocodiles below, came after the gift shop. An ATV tour lasting two hours was the last stop before heading back to the resort. This was by far the best ATV tour I've ever experienced. Take away: Use all the amenities the resort has to offer since this is all-inclusive.

We had a ton of fun, as I've already mentioned. If I had to make a change, I'd recommend altering the menu that is served late at night after the restaurants have closed. I believe you'll enjoy it most if you like pizza, nachos, and other foods of that nature. If you're anything like me and would prefer something different, you probably wouldn't be all that pleased. I also recommend changing the morning breakfast menu. Without a doubt, I enjoyed the national dish of Costa Rica, Gallo Pinto (Costa Rican Rice and Beans), but bacon or sausage would have been a nice addition. (Maybe it's the American in me, LOL.) The omelet bars were a nice addition, though. Again, overall, we had a wonderful time. Without a doubt, I'll be back in the future :)

After 8 days of hiking in Arenal and Monteverde we were really looking forward to some R&R, so we're really pleased with the honeymoon suit, bed was really comfy and located on the quieter side of the complex away from the main pools and bar where the music is blurring from 10am till 8pm. However, this is not a 5 star but clearly a 4 star hotel. The mini bar is never stacked, merely there to store your own stuff bought from the onsite shop, there is no body lotion or vanity bits, the room is very tired and alot of the plaster was falling off the walls, coffee pots not always replenished and never teabags, adult pool bar only opens at 5pm, so during the day we needed to walk across the complex to the main bar for a drink....many things missing to make this a 5 star, but was pleasant nonetheless

Good choice of food. Very helpful staff. Huge room with facilities for cooking, which is odd considering the resort is all-inclusive.

The resort must have been fantastic when it first opened. Some areas could do with refurbishment because they are showing their age.

Staff were mainly very nice - liked the grounds and pools. Bar staff delivered service with a smile and made great drinks. Restaurant staff extremely helpful.

Arnold the night manager was rude. Upon arrival we found our room had a huge leak from a/c in middle of tile floor - slipping hazard plus ants crawling over counter top and something brown smeared on safe. Put into an uncomfortable and noisy time share room for one night - Arnold told us to be happy as this was an upgrade! The alternative was to stay in wet and infested room. Had to make numerous trips to the room and back to reception as phone in operable. This was all after 24 hour journey - no apology or courtesy from resort. Entertainment catered for local guests not English speaking guests

Great food and coctails. Comforable room.

There could be more personnel at the restaurant. Service was slow. Compared to previous visits, coctails had fewer alcohol and there was not plenty of options at the restaurant. Still good food.

Adult pool was nice. Food was good. Service good.

Room was a little dated. Bathroom dated and small. Main pool too loud music.

98% of the staff was awesome and very helpful. It was cleaning done on the regular. The restaurants were great as well. The spa was also affordable and they were good at there job. And plenty of pool space was available

The wild dirty dog walking the property begging for food. The squirrels hopping onto tables while eating. Some staff showed favoritism at the bar towards the Spanish that were there. The tub wouldn’t drain properly. All of the entertainment was only in Spanish. There wasn’t many that spoke good enough English to understand what we were saying. The variety of food at the buffet needs allot of work I just ate the French toast and fruit a majority of the breakfasts. They bar tenders were serving all the Spanish their drinks poolside, but never once offered it to us and we were premium visitors as well.
