The property is very well maintained. They measure up to the standards they promise to offer. The sea view and the soothing sound of the waves wafting through air and into our rooms is quite an experience. The staff is their strength I believe. Every one of them was polite, warm and hospitable. The rooms are cleaned the linens are changed on everyday basis. Their pool, spa and other amenities that come with package ( spa- paid ) is definitely worthwhile. It’s a seamless experience they provide.

Minibar is missing. Limited option for dinner, only Mexican is available (Breakfast had excellent options and varieties like continental, Indian, Arabic, etc.). Especially not easy for vegetarians.

Great location, close to lots of attractions. Very helpful staff - Reception/Valet and Breakfast room. Our Daughter visited us a few times during our stay, and it wasn't an issue for them. We had a golf course view from the balcony, the room was large and had everything needed. A mini fridge topped up with water each day. Use of the Sister hotel facilities next door was great too. Gluten free items at breakfast available on request, just double check on items if unsure.

The 'allergies' on breakfast items need to be correct. Sausages had gluten in but were not labelled as such - it was pointed out to chef at the time. Some were labelled, some weren't- needs consistency.

Our wedding night stay with you on 16 June 2025, was nothing short of magical, and we owe so much of that to your incredibly generous team. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were absolutely enchanted. The thoughtful touches truly made our night: the delicious chocolate-covered strawberries and the mousse dessert were such surprise and incredibly thoughtful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the access to the lounge, which offered a wonderful place to relax and celebrate our first night as husband and wife. Every detail spoke of your thoughtful consideration, and it honestly brought tears to our eyes. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for adding such an unforgettable layer of joy and luxury to our special day. Everything was honestly perfect!

Mostly everything: the room was nice and comfortable, personnel were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.

Only 2 things: 1) the hot water was not always hot (sometimes not even warm) 2) the shower was leaking, so there was always a puddle of water on the floor next to it after taking shower, no matter what we tried to do (like directing showering head away from the door to strictly face the wall, etc.) Also, it would be great if microwave was available somewhere, even in the common areas (I explicitly asked and was told it is not available at all).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean throughout. Room was spacious with balcony and lovely views over golf course and F1 circuit. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was extremely effective. Housekeeping was first rate. Breakfast was delicious with a very extensive choice of hot and cold dishes. Coffee was excellent. Location was exceptional on Yas Island. Situated on Yas Drive it is just metres away from the F1 circuit, Ferrari World is minutes away and the hotel overlooks Yas Links golf course. Lots of choice of restaurants within walking distance - the “Felini” Italian restaurant, Radisson Blu, was amazingly good. Large underground car park.

Nothing was negative.

Park Inn by Radisson was well located for all of the attractions on Yas Island. At the same time we were able to reach other areas of Abu Dhabi with reasonable taxi journeys. We loved the views from the hotel and the property itself. The facilities were excellent, and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, or provided better service. Our room was very comfortable, and the food at breakfast and in the restaurants was good. We plan absolutely to return.

Really nothing

Everything was excellent, clean, excellent service, a great place close to everything, kind and professional staff, it was my birthday and when I entered the room there was a delicious cake waiting for me. We will definitely be back in the future.

I mentioned in the reservation that we would arrive early if possible so that the room would be ready and we could check in early. We arrived around 12 noon as planned, and the room was only ready at 3:00 PM. We were tired with 2 children.

Rooms and the balcony with sea view were nice, simple and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were very clean and comfortable to sleep on.

Bathrooms were clean but would recommend to implement a better exhaust system or automatic air freshener to get rid of any bad odor. The breakfast was really great in quality, would recommend to add maybe some desserts aswell like small pastries or shot desserts. We liked that there were courts allocated for sports but they were mostly for padel / tennis. We would like to recommend to maybe change one of them to a basketball or badminton to have more variety.

For a hotel in Yas Plaza (great location) the price and overall experience is very competetive. Good value for money, especially when compared withh the other hotels in the vicinity. The staff were great and the hotel is very well run and clean. We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite during check-in. The room was great and the views from the balcony were amazing. Close to the airport and Yas Island facilities (theme parks, mall, bars, restaurants).

Padel courts outside the room which can be noisy and used late into the night. The sliding doors between the rooms and balconies were extrement stiff to operate. On one occasion we were unable to open the door from the balcony which caused undue concern as we were ostensibly trapped there. This was resolved quickly but was not a particularly pleaseant experience.

Although not a "luxury" hotel, all needs were met. We loved being right on the water with an great view of the golf course. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was more than I anticipated. One morning there were no more ready made omelettes, I asked when they would be more and they made one especially for me. Coffee station right when you walk in- perfect!

We were a couple and were were next door to a rather loud family. It would be better to separate as there was a lot of vacancy. You could hear noise through the wall and on the balcony. At times it was very disturbing.
