Staff were really helpful on reception, providing more coat hangers (We might have packed too many clothes), to providing extra housekeeping services when my partner was unwell, to the free vouchers to access Yas Beach Club, and helping me understand the Yas Express bus timetable that gave us free lifts to Yas Shopping Mall, or Yas Bay / Marina....They really wanted to help and made me feel I could ask any question. One area for improvement would be to make sure when we checked in that we knew we could access the services in the Crown Plaza Hotel next door too, and what those were! The free evening buffet on Monday to Thursdays (6pm to 8pm) is simple fare - but perfectly tasty. Soup starter with multiple bread options, then choices of pasta or a rice dish ie curry; plus salad bar or cooked vegetables (inc chips) and 2 dessert options - such as fruit crumble / pannacotta. I can not believe they provide this FREE to all guests four nights a week!! Amazing. The breakfast buffet provided everyday (6am to 10:30am) provides a HUGE selection of items - everything from porridge, yogurt, fruit (watermelon, rock melon, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, dragon fruit), cereal to continental options, to curry to a salad bar, to ordering eggs cooked as you want them, to toast, to pancakes / waffles, to cooked items like Chicken Sausages, Turkey Bacon (no pork for reasons of their faith), Beans, Tomatoes, potatoes (like hash browns), Mushrooms, fruit juices. Very clean environment - and housekeeping were excellent throughout. We chose a 2 bedroom 'flat' and loved that both rooms were ensuite, that the lounge area was larger than planned, that the kitchen was very well equipped - down to a cheese grater! The balcony stretch across all 3 rooms. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were quiet and the air conditioning was very effective. It felt secure - the lift requires a current room key to access the exact floor your room is on.

Breakfast got a little chaotic towards closing time ie. 10am to 10:30 - given the number of guests trying to access the buffett / find a table. So things like juice glasses and coffee cups had run out on occasion....and it meant waiting, which some people handle better than others, but I could not fault the staff in how they dealt with it.

Perfect location for reaching YAS island entertainment parks, F1 track, or YAS beach, excellent facilities,spacious room, big balcony, great breakfast offer and very tasty wide options of complimentary dinner! Ideal infrastructure with free YAS shuttle buses around the island. Perfect, big pool area with options to use also Crown Plaza pool area, which was great! 10 min walk to nearest free Cyan beach and free access to Yas beach facilities as well. Certainly will come back and highly recommend!

Only minor room for improvement would be change of sofa bed spring mattress, which was ok for small kids, but certainly not comfortable for adults. Otherwise everything was Perfect, will come back again!

The Family Suite is spacious and provides enough privacy for a couple and their two teenagers. Two balkonies with a nice view. Strong A/C. Very good breakfast offering enough variety. Excellent bread. Highlight was the complimentary dinner that was offered by the hotel every day. We also very much enjoyed the 'breakfast to go' option on the day of our departure. Special thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff. Always there to promptly help with any request.

The showerhead is too big and heavy and the resulting low water pressure is insufficient. Only one receptionist may lead to unnecessary waiting during peak hours.

Yas Island's most beautiful spot, less than 5 minutes walk from Erihad Arena which I basically was interested in, cause my journey was dedicated to Euroleague's 2025 final four. Also less than 5 minutes walk from Yas Bay, the spot with the best restaurants bars etc. Alternatively, if you couldn't stand the extremely hot weather, the taxi both for Etihad Arena and Yas Bay costs 12 AED (the minimum fare). The hotel's working guys were ALL as polite and smiling, as it gets. 24 hours at our disposal for ANYTHING. The breakfast had anything one could ask for, although.....I am on a diet so all I ate was low fat yogurt with pecan and honey 😂 Last but not least : EVERY TIME I leave my country for a journey for vacation abroad, my main stress is....THE WATER, I mean drinkable water. Well, I told the guys from the very first moment and every time I was returning to the hotel from walks outside, they had brought us to the room 3-4 bottle's of water. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING

During off peak season when it is hot in Abu Dhabi, this place is good value for money for a very spacious and comfortable apartment. Although the booking only mentioned breakfast, they also had free dinner during our stay. The apartment was spacious and sofa was comfortable to sit in. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Little closet to keep your suitcases and shopping was a nice touch

We had the bad luck of having a fridge that regularly made a very annoying whistling sound on and off. At first I thought it was the AC vent but turned out to be the fridge. Wasn't not loud enough to hear in the bedroom, but definitely made the TV room less enjoyable

Everybody was si nice with us and founded solutions for every inquiry. Many thanks especially to Aung and Olina from the reception. The rooms are clean, the fact that some facilities (pool, spa, kids playground) are available included too in the Crown Plaza hotel, too, was perfect. We have enjoyed a lot the transportation with the golf car to the beach and the complimentary dinner served in the week days. We definitely recommend the hotel! Very fair price for the facilities and for the position! (The shuttle bus for Yas attractions has station just near the hotel and is 10 minutes drive distance to the airport).

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. Good value for the money. We received complimentary dinner during the week days we were there, in February, that was really helpful and nice. We have enjoyed the facilities from the pool and spa area of Crown Plaza that were included. The beach is about 15 min walk distance but they can take you there with a golf car. Is an indoor playground for children as well as one outdoor. The personal from the reception very nice and responsive. The hotel is nearby the free public transport for the attractions in Abu Dhabi.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior spaces were lovely, and the rooms were spacious, though they could use a bit of updating. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us the best possible experience. Special thanks to Chef Mumtaz for the amazing breakfast and to Imasha, our waitress, who was extremely polite and efficient. We also appreciate the complimentary dinner—it was excellent. The reception team was very helpful with all the information we needed. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the theme parks. We will definitely choose it again!

From the moment we pulled up, to the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and this meant our stay on Yas Island was really special. The staff were exceptional and attentive, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed. The location is set in a cluster of other hotels and apartments and very convenient to bars and restaurants. We went to a show in Etihad Arena and could easily walk.

Everything was great, I really cant fault this property. The only thing that would have made our stay better, was if we were there for a few more days!

The room was spacious and the hotel is very clean, as well as being in a good location for the theme parks on Yas Island. The staff throughout the hotel were great and were always helpful during our stay. A special mention to Binod who is concierge at Crowne Plaza next door -. he provided excellent advice and recommendations as to which attractions to visit and arranged our bookings.
