A charming yet somewhat aged hotel, with a room that had a lingering, less-than-pleasant odor. There were minor issues with the entrance card, but the attentive and accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist, making the stay more enjoyable despite the initial hiccups.

The staff were very attentive to our needs and so friendly. The hotel overall was so clean, and the best feature definitely had to be the rooftop pool with the most gorgeous view! Also shoutout to the staff on the rooftop, especially the one who looked like Rauw Alejandro hahaha! Absolutely loved the stay.

Housekeeping were quite rude - understandably there was a language barrier hence we had to use Google Translate however they were refusing to clean and when they did, they still left behind one bed - I had to chase them up a few times and in the end they ended up arguing with us and didn’t clean our room the next day, not pleased with that otherwise everything else was good

The staff were extremely helpful and were happy to give us a different room, when the first one seemed to be below expectations. Breakfast was rich in options and seemed to be good value for money for people who tend to eat breakfast. Hotel was extremely close to a metro station that can get you anywhere in the city within half an hour.

Unfortunately, the first room that was given to us was below our expectations in size, facilities and most importantly it smelled quite bad. Thankfully the staff were very happy to provide us with a different room.

The hotel located 2 minutes walk from Clot metro, which gives it fast access to all of Barcelona. The staff are excellent, friendly and have knowledge of all going on in the city. The room was clean and tidy, all facilities were 1st class. Roof pool and sun lounging available. Spa and indoor pool in the basement. The restaurant on the ground floor has some excellent dishes, and even room service if you don't feel like moving from your room. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, but now it has been refurbished and so much better. We ate at the restaurant one evening as we had walked far too much around the city and this was the best choice. The service was amazing and the food OMG. I know we will be back. The location is perfect. Metro and train stops just round to corner from the hotel to go anywhere. The spa is incredible, super friendly staff, rooftop pool is nice to take photos.

Having to pay extra use the spa facilities. Paying for treatments is one thing but you also have to pay to use the pool and sauna is not the greatest.

The location was great, down the street from the metro entrance, lots of shops, restaurants, buses, the L1 and L2 lines of the metro and the Rodalies as well stops there. The staff was the real gem, so kind and their assistance was valuable. The room service food was helpful to have after a long day when you no longer wanted to go out.

No air conditioning during the winter months, we had to keep the window open and listen to the traffic all night. Laundry service was astronomically expensive, so we used a nearby Laundromat instead. Bath tub was very slippery and a bit scary we would fall but we didn't.

Great hotel that surpassed my expectations. Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, it was not big but everything is well organized so I had a great experience. A perfect place to rest after a long day. The location is very convenient, just across the street from a metro station. It's very easy to get around or go to the airport. At the same time, it's walking distance from some tourist attractions. The gastrobar is very nice, good food and great service. I also recommend the breakfast, somewhat pricey but very enjoyable. A great way to start the day. Overall I had the perfect experience.

As other commenters said, the walls are very thin for some reason, so I could hear the conversations in the next room (just the noise, did not understand any of that...). It did not bother me too much, I was tired and fell asleep quickly anyway, but just as a side note.

Excellent location as we were attending the Primavera festival and found it very convenient! Our room was lovely and spacious, it had great views of the skyline especially the famous Sagrada Família and a very comfortable bed.

The hotel rooftop was very busy and noisy as there were other festival-going groups hogging the sun loungers all day. We got room service for breakfast and my coffee was from the vending machine and our omelettes were a bit undercooked in the middle but otherwise everything was tasty!

Very beautiful hotel, that exceeded our expectations. The personel is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the room is great, confortable and has the most beautiful bathroom i have ever seen. Clean and cosy. They prepeared a nice birthday attention for my husband and my son, in the room and at the restaurant, where we served dinner. It has a good location, near metro station , has direct access from the airport, with train, it has a lot of cafes and pastreries and shops nearby. It's relativelly close to a market, with lots of places to eat and to Sagrada Familia. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a heating problem, but they were fast in trying to solve it, broght us extra blankets and suggested to switch rooms.

I liked the location and accesibility to transportation, I liked the Staffel and their helpfulness, lastly i liked that at the end of each day to return to a clean room.

I did not like that the breakfast/Spa was pricy and not included in the price, I also would have liked it more if we were informedabout the city/access/transportation and the elevtric bike rents before Hand other than that it was pleasent stay.
