Modern and clean hotel. Everyone was courteous and professional, including the cleaning staff. I don't think they get the appreciation that they deserve many times. They always said "Hola" and we're always helpful. The location was perfect for me. I could walk to most anything I wanted to see. Usually within 30 minutes.

I didn't opt for the breakfast at the hotel . With so many options nearby, why pay 18 euros for breakfast on site? Spaniards eat a smaller breakfast and enjoy a hearty lunch. That worked well for me. Wonderful coffee shops with baked goods everywhere for breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff, a very comfortable hotel in a good location. I really appreciate their initiative to reduce environmental impact by allowing you choose how often to clean the room, and giving you a free drink if you choose to do so. A free drink and some sweet treats on arrival were a nice welcome, especially during a heatwave. The breakfast is very good, and the fitness center is small but well-equipped. That's now my third stay I believe!

Everything was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful and checked me in a little earlier which was much appreciated. The location for me was great and within walking distance of everything. The gym was well equipped and nice and quiet (open 7am-10pm). Room was clean and a good size. Plenty of towels and everything was fresh.

The room was too hot. I actually couldn’t sleep with all the will in the world. There’s no thermostat or AC and I could hardly tolerate it. The room doors also bang really loudly when they close so if you’re a light sleeper (or struggling to sleep at all which was my case) then expect to be disturbed by neighbours up until and past midnight. Such a shame cause the hotel is so lovely, they even have sweets in the lobby and other small touches such as apples and water in the gym area!

It is a nice and compact room, perfect for a couple nights in a business trip. Ossorio the gentleman at the front desk during the night was always of so much help! Give hime a raise!

Some details need fixing in terms of maintainance but all good. The only thing to mention was that the drain of the shower which makes sound everytime water pass through, probably it was just our room.

Hotel is well situated and in walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and cafes. Lots of beautiful buildings and very clean, well maintained City. Staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Again, the staff were great!

Our only disappointment was the room, which was quite stark. Pictures on the walls and updated furnishings would fix it. The bed, however, was very comfortable.

Nice staff, very accomodating when an issue arose with my room

First I had a single room. Unfortunately, they are located on the interior of the building. AC was not yet switched on so the room was extremely hot. After two nights I complained and was moved to another room. Overall the accoustic isn't great you can basically hear everything. Neighbouring rooms, people on tbe floor, running water. A night without earplugs simply not possible unless you can tolerate noise.

My room was 108. i did enjoy the night at the hotel. The man working at the desk during the evening and overnight, brought some towels to my room at my request himself with not much wait time.

i had asked for a wake up call from one man working at the hotel however I never received it. The man working at the desk my not have understood my request or he forgot.

I liked very much the location of the hotel, in the very city center and few meters away from Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The staff was very polite and professional; breakfast was well organized and rich, as there were many sweets and savory options. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean and I appreciated very much the sleeping kit that I've received. I can say I am satisfied!

The single room is a very small one and would need a bit of maintenance. The WIFI in it was not very strong and noises from other rooms might be heard. For 2 nights it was ok, but for a longer stay I would find the overall cost too high for the value and I would prefer a bigger room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My favourite surprise was the green policy of getting a free drink (anything!) in exchange for not having the room cleaned, which is a great idea and I took full advantage of! The gym is also quite well equiped.

Very little to complain about, the location means a little walking is required but that was by choice!

Only one slight negative. Some repair work was being done in a room near to ours - this was quite noisy. However, once we mentioned this everyone was incredibly helpful and supportive - the cleaner asked them to be quiet and they were. Then when I spoke to reception they found an alternative room if we wanted it but as the work was finishing that day we didn’t move. The management left us an apology letter with some chocolates too. As a result of all this kindness it didn’t effect our stay negatively at all, possibly quite the opposite in fact.
