• Very helpful staff (at the reception and housekeepers on the floors); • Simple (H-Inn-Express), clean, tidy and fairly quiet hotel; • Extremely good location – you can directly reach the Old town by tram, and the beach by bus No. 99. The Science Museum with the Oceanarium, as well as the "SALER" shopping center are right next door. • Breakfast is not very rich, without hot dishes but sufficient (but the menu does not change). • Not fast, but good Wi-Fi connection; • You can leave your luggage at check-in/check-out without any problems (and fees); • Bicycle rental is available (14 Eur/24h). The city has well-developed bicycle paths; • I recommend it for short stays less than 3 persons/room.

• I really didn't like the completely identical breakfast menu for all 7 days of our stay; • Don't stay for a longer period, you'll get bored with the same breakfast. • The triple room is really too small (it's a double with a sofa). • Late check-in ( 4 pm)

Great varied breakfast, superb location within walking distance of science museum, aquarium etc and two malls and El Corte Ingles department store! Also easy bus access to both beach and old city with all its amazing attractions. Good value for money during high season, great accommodating family by use of sofa bed. Really wish US style chains could disappear and allow return of independent truly Valencian eateries - Tell the esteemed City Council of Valencia to help traders not lose their Spanish and Valencian traditions - Walking through the malls, Saler and Aqua, you could be in LA! Despite all global chains, still a vibrant, distinct city with wonderful people and beautiful buildings and an amazing Baha'i Community.

Can't think of anything we didn't like!

It was a good hotel with a convenient location near the town of Nauck. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance to the parking area, but we truly appreciated that after check-out we were allowed to leave our car there for a few more hours. The room was a bit dark, but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options — you can easily find something to your taste. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.

What I didn’t like was that the view from the window was of the parking lot. We couldn’t open the windows because insects would fly in. The parking was not free – it cost €14 per night, which I found a bit too expensive. Other than that, everything was good overall.

Great facilities, helpful staff, and great location. Nicer than other Holiday Inn Express, rooms are pretty spacious and the overall facilities are quite nice. Super good location, 5 min walk to the Ciudad de las Artes y Las Ciencias. It's not super centric but very easy to get to.

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. Very limited and generally not great. They don't seem to have a proper restaurant or kitchen on site, which may be part of the issue. Still, it was an ok breakfast, just not what you expect form a hotel breakfast. Price was a bit higher than expected too, but the hotel happened to be super busy, so probably that was the reason for the higher rates. It's never low season in the mediterranean.

We had been concerned as we couldn't book parking before arrival that wasn't clearly explained before booking. But we opted for outside parking which was accessable and gated. The pool looked small but it was very good fun as very deep ideal fit our grandson who is a good swimmer and welcome cooling off after a very hot day trekking from the oceanarium to science museum and Hemisferic tiring and hot.. Room was good having a kettle an unexpected bonus. Bed was very comfortable and although only one pillow was ideal. Bed settee was put down for use, no fridge which in heat would gave bern ideal. Ideally situated further large shopping complex which had lots of eateries cafes restaurants only short way and not too far from the oceanarium and other things we'd booked.. Buses seemed to run from outside so would consider staying when we return to explore the centre and the city sites. There was a power cut in our second morning the staff were brilliant when they got lifts working and provided a good selection of food and eventually hit jugs of hot coffee to serve.

Not being able to book parking was a worry as it's a very busy city we didn't know although we did get a hotel space there was street parking around. Which we'd not have felt happy leaving our car as we were begining a road trip so gave to leave things in the car overnight. It's not practical unpacking the whole car when on a journey. We prefer to have secure parking as we away from home.

The staff was very nice, cleaning was daily. Amenities were kept pretty decent. The location was perfect for us! It is near Saler Mall, as in right across the street from the mall. It is within walking distance from the Ciudad de las Ciencias. In front of the hotel there's a bus stop where you can catch the bus to the Bio Parc.

Breakfast was on the low category side, but doable. Soundproofing in the hotel is basically inexistent.

No safe in the room No wardrobe, but there were a few hangers and storage shelves If you're a non smoker, all the smokers tend to congregate right outside the entrance which isn't so nice! Breakfast was continental - don't bother with it if you're gluten free.... If you're not, it's great! One pillow per person, I'm sure we could've requested more (but didn't)

The location was ideal for our trip to the Hemisferic, Science Museum and the aquarium. All 5 minutes walk up the road. The poil was ideal to cool down in after a day touring and the breakfast was a comprehensive continental which catered for all diets and was very tasty.

Nothing. It was a great experience for our family and the staff were all extremely helpful. The hotel was spotless and very clean throughout.

We stayed here only for one night with two kids. Breakfast is OK, it looked like in children's hotel :). You can use the tram to get you to the downtown. The tram stop is very close. You can park the car also at the nearby fast food restaurant. Close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Together with Oceanografico, to visit all you really need two days. That is why we booked this hotel - and it worked perfectly.

We paid decent money and slept four of us in one medium size room. It was not very comfortable.

Good range of choices for breakfast. Location very close to Science Park complex plus tram stop just around the corner.for short and quick ride to the city centre. Opposite but not impacting on the hotel is a shopping mall with a good choice of food outlets / restaurantes and supermarket plus usual range of chain stores. . Plenty of safe, on-street free parking if arriving by car.
