The woman at the front desk when we checked in was extremely personable, professional and thorough. She explained everything, ensured we got rooms next to each other, and was very positive. She also called after we got to our rooms to see if everything was in order, and promptly corrected the one item we needed. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and very clean, and the attendant was very cheerful. The second level walkway was a nice touch, and gave a special personality.

The rooms were HUGE!! The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was GREAT! Also, the breakfast was excellent - bacon one day and sausage the next. Also, I enjoyed trying cinnamon roll waffles which I had never done before.

When we first arrived (around 8:30/9:00 p.m.), we had a hard time finding someone to check us in. I walked around and ended up knocking on some doors (marked staff) after about 5 minutes. Of course, someone ended up coming to check us in. That was the only negative experience that I had throughout our stay. All other interactions with staff were kind and welcoming.

Carol sorted out the problem Booking.com created by not entering the correct dates of our stay even though I had an email and paperwork with confirmation number for the correct dates.

The Booking.com system had earlier dates that were incorrect; consequently, the reservation for the 19 and 20 was not in the Hampton's system. Contact with Booking.com staff was BS as the service rep did understand English and the issue. BIG PROBLEM!!!!

Clean, comfortable, decor was beautiful.

The meeting room is directly below the sleeping rooms. There was a party that rented the meeting room and the music was very loud. It was done at 9 pm, but very distracting for us if we wanted to sleep early.

All the staff were helpful, courteous, kind. They are the Best! Everything was clean, the hotel smelled great; the room was spacious; the bed and linens were comfortable and smelled great; the TV was larger than we expected; and the breakfast was good….food selections and fresh fruit for everyone! My husband and I were there for a convention and this bite was convenient to everything! We will definitely look forward to any opportunity to another stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites!

The staff were awesome. Angela at front desk was very attentive and friendly. Brittney went above and beyond with my 3 year old grandson. We left my grandsons tablet in room after leaving. Angela went to our room and saved at front desk for me. Brittney Made sure we had pool towels and snacks. It was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was outstanding.. will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Large room, clean , easy access.

The entry door to room 128 was very heavy, hard to open, an older person would have a hard time getting in and out!

nothing about the property was negative . it was the fact I was online and I was at the point of putting my info for the $98.00 rate and the screen was gone. i don’t know how to retrieve it. therefore I wasn’t able to get a confirmation number. the staff wasn’t able to help me I was told I Must have a Conformation number or there was nothing they can do. therefore I went back online and ended up having to pay $160.00 it was late and I was tried needed sleep.

Nice, clean, and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The family above us over the weekend. Kids running in room at 2 AM. Took forever to find staff member (which was found in the parking lot hanging out with another girl).
