The place was exactly what we wanted. We are a family of 5, including a grandma. The suite has 2 spacious bedrooms plus sofas, enough to accommodate all of us. The bonus is that it also has a kitchen, and laundry machines. With a Whole Foods nearby, we were able to fix breakfast at the hotel. The parking was $49 per night, comparing to nearby parking options, it's much safer and the price is reasonable. The pool, hot tub, and the roof top cinema were all very nice.

The water could be hotter and the room service could be faster -- it took them about an hour and half to deliver some towels and a blanket. We were very tired and wanted to get to bed, but my son didn't get his blanket delivered until past midnight.

The two different times I stay and paid parking in front of the hotel my vehicle window got broken and property stolen by homeless. Don't bother parking in front of hotel paid parking unless you want your car vandalize and property stolen. It's best to pay a little more and park at hotel.

Location, kitchen, wonderful view from the 30th level, comfortable, lost of space , balcony, outside sera with terrasse, basketball court, tables, bbq, pool...

Kitchen utensils and basics for meal prep are more than basic (no whisk, spatula, salt n pepper, dish clothes & dish soap, Scott towel and surface cleaner like Windex to maintain cleanliness (they could provide at least a small sample to start). You'll get utensils, plates, glasses and cups,1 frying pan and 2 pots. Policies for deposit is strange as its calculated per night and not per stay. (like 100$/night...so as I Stayed 5 night they preautorized 500$ , which is a pretty high amount...)

I thought for sure it was a scam because the price seemed too good to be true. The suites were amazing and had all the things you need: pots, pans, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, washer/dryer, etc. The outdoor area on the 4th floor was perfect - ping pong, basketball court, pool and BBQ grills with lots of seating. They even have an outdoor movie theater (for an extra charge).

Beautiful view, good price for the amenities, and the ability to cook with a full kitchen, do laundry, and hit the gym. The space is well-equipped with cookware and dining ware, so I never had to worry about having to grab any of that from the store. It's really close to multiple grocery stores and eateries as well. Great spot to stay if you need to go to the convention center--only a 15 minute walk for us. Less crowded and rowdy than the convention center area, and more food options as well.

Issues with receiving requested amenities. Asked for towels multiple times for 2 days before getting the towels. Also, the dishwasher leaked profusely. We think it was due to the wood paneling that was put on the dishwasher to make it match the cabinets. I'd rather have a dishwasher not match but work correctly, than a dishwasher that matches but leaks.

The location was lovely (despite the protests that took place whilst we were there), very central and convenient for our day trips. We stayed on the 28th floor and the cityscape views were great, especially at night. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely, large, bright, comfortable and very well equipped, with modern decor and furnishings. The pool and gym were great. Lots of spaces to socialise. Self-parking, within the garage, was not too expensive. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

The apartments are nicely furnished and the views of downtown LA are great! We really enjoyed the pool area which has a Iarge pool and jacuzzi and lots of lounge areas. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay.

The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there, so there was a line of green scum along the edge of the jacuzzi tub. Most times we went to the pool area there were no clean towels — you had to find someone to get you a towel. The floor in our condo had some gummy substance stuck to it in places; I was able to get it off by scrubbing it. We’ve stayed here before, and this time the cleanliness wasn’t as great. But we enjoyed our stay overall.

The room was clean Hotel employees were great. Exceptional value for the money .

The only bad thing about this hotel are the elevators . At checkout, we had a cart with our luggage , we had to bypass the elevator that stopped on our floor 6 times because there wasn’t any room in the elevator . They have 4 elevators and it appears that two of the elevators aren’t in use and housekeeping frequently uses one of the remaining two elevators with their large carts . The last elevator always is packed with other hotel guest . It took us 35 minutes to get down to the lobby at check out.

Location. Relatively safe area in downtown. Starbucks one block away. Whole Foods and CVS 2 blocks away. Spacious room with full kitchen. We stayed in two bedroom suite.

Upon check in, the front desk person was not bad, but he never smiled or sounded friendly. Did not feel like welcomed much. Like a property management instead of hospitality industry. Shower water was a bit weak but did the job. Lighting in two bedrooms were also a bit dark. One bedroom did not have bedside lighting.

Staff has always been very efficient and friendly. We love the location, views and a great environment to spend time with friends and family. Unlike VRBO, you get personal service and exceptional amenities.

This is my second visit in 5 months, both times housekeeping missed placing towels in the rooms. The night gentleman delivered the missing items with apologies but it is very inconvenient to wait to shower. The dirty cleaning cart remained outside our door until we pushed it away from our door later that night.
